Coolest part of my job is all the amazing people I get the opportunity to connect with. Ive been asked how, as a neurodivergent person with an anxiety disorder, I can do this for a living but struggle with casual socializing.

I think performing allows me to curate an environment where my fullest self is what's actually expected and I don't have to wrestle with social masking. This removes a lot of the hurdles that make me feel disconnected from people.

... and that's what this is really all about for me. Thats the tradeoff. the money allows me to dedicate all my time to making something that makes people happy, but what Im really paid in is authentic grade-A human connections; and I couldn't be more grateful for every single one of them.
