when you say “happy 32nd birthday”, keep in mind this is who you’re talking to 🥹🫶🏾 by @odd_dune

weekend side quests included:
- deep chats over artisanal cocktails
- mind melds with team spirit
- manifestation via visualization
- freeing my writing from my journals and sharing it with strangers, out loud, for the first time by @odd_dune

6/6. 3rd place. First meet.

This was a lesson in trusting the process, embracing the work, discovering the power of the mind and positive self talk, and trading discipline for something deeper: devotion.

The biggest takeaway being that my perceived limits are behind my actual strength. And the only way through is to prove it to myself!

I’m so incredibly grateful for the DBC @defined.training community.
Big shoutout to coach @noaldubois, coach @seankhiggins, and @loo_rahh, for the encouragement, the honesty, the push, and being the brains behind the operation.
To @sprout0809, my barbell buddy and ultimate hype woman.
To @leia_o_mundo, @codyjansen , @preysonfood , and @alexandraj129, thank you for setting a standard I’m proud to chase.

Honored to be counted among your caliber of strength

Last day of year 31. Ending it exactly right: under a loaded bar🏋🏾‍♀️💪🏾

[april may] tell a joke, but it ain’t ever told a lie by @odd_dune

this time last year, i was in full panic mode. i had said yes to something i wasn’t sure i was ready for. hosting creativemornings chicago felt so far outside my comfort zone, i was preparing how i’d quit even before starting. thankfully, i had people in my corner who saw what i couldn’t—who believed in me until i could believe in myself and reminded me that i’m capable of more than i thought.

this past year has been transformative in ways i never imagined, and i’m so glad i took that leap. i not only met a new version of myself, i met some incredibly inspiring and profoundly creative people in this city i love. i’m endlessly grateful for this journey and this community that has changed my mornings, my perspective, and my life.

here’s to carrying that momentum into 2025—bigger ideas, deeper connections, and even brighter mornings ahead! by @odd_dune
