Really been looking forward to this date on the calendar. My brother @therealjtdonaldson and I are continuining the celebration of 5 years of @danteshifi by controlling the sound system and running our favorite gems until management kicks us out the booth.
Time really has flown since Ive joined the roster. Earned a few more grays in my beard, a whole lot of frequent flyer miles, and extended my musical family beyond all expectation and comprehension. Shouts to the architect @richmedina for the love and opportunity to be a part of something very special.

Ive been a bit more contemplative on my walks, so not as many pics/videos, but I left a few.

Love yall

Late post but it's always just in time.
No recap vids/pics from @shyboy.hifi last week, but thank you Dallas for showing so much love. That end of the night session was so special.

Tonight at @danteshifi, my main partner in rhythm @dvize and I host special guest/Cali royalty @heykingmost! All night long rocking tunes you never knew you needed in your life, you know, like DJs used to do.

Take these few nature pics of my puppers, their friends, etc

Love you

I only needed about 5 minutes of walking around & testing the main room sound system before I fell in love with @shyboy.hifi . Playing Skee Mask - Resort LP in the Blue Room solidified the feeling. Exceptional is the only word I need to describe the experience.
I am honored to be back in the box to control the tuneage with Dallas stalwart @stetra on Friday 8/21. The record trolley is packed with some low slung bassline house, aaaacccciiiiiidddd, and various other futuristic electronic goodness.
RSVP is strongly suggested.

And you know how I do. Natureboy pics included. Also, I got bit by a very mean spider, and my leg has still not recovered. No pics of that thankfully.

Love yall

Late post on the promo, but my musical twin @dvize and I are doing an official unofficial Pressure party at @danteshifi tonight, 7/24/26. We are both packing that electronic goodness you won't hear anywhere else in the city. Doors at 7pm.

And since I am a king of efficiency, take these nature vids/pics along with one of the sample hats my blood brother @thistimj & I created.
We made a thing to test our own ideas of subversion. We call it @formatzerobrand
I may have an extra style or 2 at the party tonight. Come find me!

Love you

When people talk about hi-fi, they’re going to talk about Dante’s HiFi. The iconic Miami destination led the new generation of listening spaces—an inspiration to all who’ve followed.

And this weekend, they’re taking over Shyboy. Led by the one and only @richmedina, the Miami wave goes all weekend long with two(!) Sound Advice listening sessions—one exploring the legacy of Fela Kuti, the other pioneers of synthesized sound—followed by sets from the @danteshifi family. Come pay homage to the legends! It's 4AM, I'm in Miami, and also in travel hell, but all that matters right now is this nature pic/vid dump of my deer buds, an eagle/hawk fight, my pups and whatever else I saw in the past couple of weeks. Oh, and the inevitable flyer post.

Thursday its all island bass jammies at @bayskatemiami with @djillset @methods_one and @dj_kumi
Friday, my bags are packed for a leftfield dance party with my good brother @terencetabeau at @danteshifi

My Deluge is on it's way to New Zealand to get repaired, and I hadn't really focused on just the Easel in quite some time. Got inspired to 2-track techno straight out the Buchla (kick is technically the Voyager).
Already looking for ways to make these a bit more complex within the confines of the Easel's limited real estate, but I kinda like my techno super sparse. by @oddinhuman

Currently en route to play @danteshifi with my brother @forfuturessake and Stephen Flynn. Definitely been looking forward to this date on the calendar. Bags are packed with tunes I haven't played out yet, with an extra healthy dose of acid house jammies.

Take this lil pic/vid dump from the crib.
Also, album is done. Need mastering and then off to pressing plant.
Been back on my Buchla daily for the next project.

I don't have an extensive WMC recap like others. Was in the moment. Definitely a family affair.
When the last record gets played and everyone goes home, we were still shining, still smiling.

Rich & Louie put on a masterful display.
Osunlade, @djinjis_corner & @karizma_kaytronik_official brought the goodness like only they could do.
Happy to be along for the ride.

Love yall. See you next time. by @oddinhuman

WMC is here.
Shouts to @richmedina for putting together such a heavyweight week at @danteshifi. Legends all up and down the lineup. 25 year old me would be thinking he's dreaming.

And shouts to anyone who got the stamina to make it to Sunday. Catch your boy in the courtyard on classics duty with forever reigning champs @louievega & Rich. @yorubasoulofficial @karizma_kaytronik_official & @djinjis_corner controlling the inside box.

Late post because my previous attempt didn't upload.

Tonight at @danteshifi, I get to share the box with @djspinna, an absolute legend/beast in the booth and the studio. Was able to open for him & @larryheard4 a few years back in Memphis and have patiently waited to run it back. Doors at 7pm, come kick it with your famalam.
