Modernizing and cleaning up this space were top priority. When your lake house becomes your primary residence, organization and space planning are key. Adding the tongue and groove ceiling throughout the public spaces added warmth and gave the space a more casual feel.

This photo packs a punch. So many details and such a workhorse. Two refrigerator/freezer drawers, prep sink, disposal, water purifier, and an ice maker! The perfect spot to prep for dinner or make that fancy coffee.

The zellige tile backsplash and the terrazzo tile floors add character to a small but mighty space.

Grab a copy or hop on over to @athomearkansas this month to see some of our work on a fabulous MCM inspired home. by @odea.studios

A bedroom that proves pattern can still feel peaceful🤍

Soft botanical wallpaper, warm wood tones, layered textiles, and touches of brass come together to create a space that feels collected, cozy, and timeless. We love how every detail adds personality while still keeping the room calm and inviting.

A perfect balance of color, texture, pattern, and warmth!

Art fills this Little Rock home designed by @odea.studios. In the living room, a piece by @laurenmeredithart depicting Little Rock’s Broadway Bridge hangs over the sofa. Just swipe to see other works by Arkansas artist John Deering, and then a @milkdadd painting over the fireplace. // 📷: @rettpeek

How’s this for an amazing #BeforeandAfter reveal?! Swipe right to see! @odea.studios expanded the layout and created geometric designs using different patterns with tile in this primary bath renovation. And, for the finishing touch, @h_m_woodworks, drew in the quarter-moon arched detail from the tile in the corner of the custom mirrors. WOW! ✨ Such great design and creativity on display here! // 📷: @rettpeek

✨Everything In Its Place✨

Take a look at @southernbadassantiques gorgeous home! @odea.studios really knocked it out of the park with this home renovation! Every detail is impeccable but with a client like Shannon how else could it be? I am honored and consider myself lucky to have been in on this project from the very beginning! Their first purchase was the credenza on slide 10 that I sourced all the way from Atlanta. I also sourced the Heywood Wakefield bed frames in slide 11! Shannon has some of the best lamps and trinkets scattered throughout as well!

In addition to having the newest and coolest house in town Shannon is Little Rock’s newest vintage reseller! Give my girl some love and a follow! @southernbadassantiques Her style is eclectic but refined! Truly some fun stuff! Check her out on instagram and at her booth in Midtown Vintage Market!
