Couldn’t have asked for a dreamier Wedding Day💒👰🏾💍🤵🏽♥️

We’re still getting our bearings straight after a frenzied week, but we didn’t want another day to go by without extending our deepest gratitude to everyone for every text, comment, gift, greeting card, voicenote & to all who attended last week’s Birthday festivities aka our s u r p r i s e wedding celebration! We are still in such awe of how wonderful the whole day was and your presence made our special day even more memorable.
THANK YOU🙏🏿

Love,
THE WILTSHIRES♥️

Tucked away on one of Dunbarton’s most coveted streets, this is not your typical family home.

It’s the kind of home that makes you feel like you’ve escaped the city, without actually leaving it.

And with its new price of $1,989,000, Appleview deserves another look.

Future you is watching.♥️
The dream home.
The business.
The career.
The financial freedom.
The life you keep imagining.

None of it usually happens because of one extraordinary decision. It happens because of the small, intentional decisions you make over and over again.

Save when you could spend.
Prepare when you could procrastinate.
Learn when you could scroll.
Start before you feel completely ready.

And I think the same is true for almost every worthwhile goal in life. So whatever your dream looks like…

Do something today that your future self will thank you for. 🤍

Because the life you’re dreaming about? You’re already building it.

🟢GREEN FLAGS when choosing your custom home builder.

A great builder doesn’t just build a beautiful home, they make you feel confident throughout the process.

Look for a team that:

✓ Communicates clearly
✓ Asks the right questions
✓ Is transparent about costs and expectations
✓ Educates you instead of pressuring you
✓ Is willing to tell you when something isn’t worth spending money on
✓ Has past clients who are happy to speak about their experience

Because the right team should protect your vision, your investment AND your experience.

Thinking about building your dream home? Call Wiltshire Homes. We’d love to help you take the first step. 🏡

🚩 RED FLAGS when choosing your custom home builder. 🚩

Building a custom home can be one of the largest investments you’ll ever make so choosing your team deserves just as much thought as choosing the home itself.

A few red flags I’d never ignore:

🚩 They can’t demonstrate that they’re properly licensed and that your new home will have the required Tarion warranty coverage.

🚩They name-drop past or current clients to impress you. Discretion matters. If they freely discuss someone else’s private project with you, consider how they may discuss yours.

🚩 they agree with everything you say.
You’re not hiring a great design-build team to simply say yes. You’re hiring them for their experience, expertise and willingness to tell you when there may be a better way.

Considering building a custom home? Call Wiltshire Homes today. Even if you’re still in the early planning stages, we’d be happy to sit down with you, answer your questions and help you understand the road ahead. 🏡

The team you choose doesn’t just determine how your home turns out… they help determine how you experience building it.🏡 At Wiltshire Homes, we believe the experience should be every bit as exceptional as the home itself.

Thinking about building your dream home? Call Wiltshire Homes today. We’d love to sit down, hear your vision, and show you how we can bring it to life. 🏡✨

And remember: the most important finish you’ll choose isn’t a finish at all. It’s your team.
