This woman right here Petra Hunter has been one of the best friends I have ever known. She has stood beside me in and through trauma, and has never required anything of me in return. The poster child for empathy and service, she pours herself out for so selflessly, for her family, the many students she has taught over the years, her school, and (lucky for me) her friends. She is extremely intelligent, incredibly witty, and ridiculously kind. A few years ago, I had the privilege of watching her come to know Jesus. The sisterhood we have shared in the aftermath of that moment is one I will forever be grateful for. This past Thursday night, we got to worship together and encounter the living God at Anthem night- a women’s event at Church of the Highlands (which is also so special to me). There’s nothing like friends who help nudge you closer to Jesus. It’s just the best. And girl, that’s who you are!!! So I’m gushing a little bit- I love you, girl! Thank you for the beautiful friendship we have… for all you’ve done for me. A silly post would never be enough to share my gratitude, but it’s a start!!!! 💚🫶😍 by @odellchristy
