I haven't really gotten to say anything about you Dad in this space, but WORLD TUBERCULOSIS DAY 2026 took me down memory lane how my teen self was stuck with you in the hospital.

Days turned weeks, weeks turned months and each day tears became my solidarity. Trolling you through the rest room, feeding and lifting you up at intervals or walking up to the Dr and calling up on the nurse at intervals or is it the cold night I have had to walk through the silent environment listening to cricket sound and bird cry. All of this reminds me how brave I have always been in the Midst of chaos.

Remembering some of our last conversation on that sick bed was how regretful you felt and wish you could turn the hands of time and make but T.B really had gotten too deep and couldn't have given you another chance to life.
But the good thing is restitution was possible.

Mercy saw my innocence and Grace preserved me. As communicable and contactable as T.B, I knew it was but a miracle that not even a symptom or trace got to me.

And today in loving memory of you DADDY and to every one who have lost their life's to TUBERCULOSIS I drop this tribute tonight.

It's crazy how some people you have met in life at some point never even get any chance to meet again instead you wake up to seeing Flying R.I.P's of them.

Omo Snr comfort it even hard to believe this, because you were so full of life.
