Nutrition you can trust.
Organic Baby & Children's Food
Developed by Clinical Nutritionist, @gina.urlich

POSTS STORIES REELS

A response to a system that has fallen short for our children.

As a mum of four and clinical nutritionist, I created Odi with one clear mission, to nourish the next generation with the most nutrient-dense food possible, while supporting you in the everyday moments of feeding your family.

Every product is made from real, organic wholefood ingredients, delivering nutrients as nature intended, not through synthetic shortcuts, but from foods that have supported human health for generations.

This is nutrition you can feel confident in. Honest, transparent, and designed to make things simpler for modern families.

Because early nutrition matters deeply, and together we’re setting a new standard for children’s food.

With love,

Odi Organic Berry & Coconut Pouch. Strawberry, raspberry and blueberry blended with creamy coconut milk, quinoa and chia, with a subtle organ blend for wholefood iron and algal oil omega-3 DHA.

Most fruit pouches are mostly fruit sugar. Ours balance real berries with protein from quinoa, fibre from chia and iron from organ blend, so your baby gets a fruity flavour they love with the nutrition they need.

Less than half the sugar of leading baby food pouches, with no added sugar, ever. Serve on a spoon or swirl through porridge and yoghurt.

At Odi, we’re all about the treats and none of the tricks 👻

Forgot about Halloween treats? These 2-minute spooky ghosts will save the day.

Simply dollop Greek or coconut yoghurt onto a lined tray, add blueberries for eyes and a chocolate drop for a mouth, then pop them in the freezer. Hello, cute spooky ghosts! 🫐🍫

Pair them with our Sprinkle Balls for the perfect Halloween treat, with none of the tricky unknown ingredients 🎃

Save this for a last-minute Halloween win, and tag a parent who needs it! ✨

Motherhood comes with a quiet voice that follows us everywhere: Am I doing enough? Did I get that right? Is everyone else doing it better?

We replay the messy breakfast, the snappy tone at witching hour, the rushed bedtime… and we forget to count the thousand small things we got completely right. The packed lunches, the tears wiped, the fevers watched through the night, the “one more story,” the way they always run to us first. We are raising whole humans while running on very little sleep and a lot of love, and somehow we still question whether we’re good at it.

But here’s the truth: there is no perfect mother out there to measure yourself against.

There’s just you, showing up every single day for the most important job in the world, and doing it exactly the way your little ones need. You are their safe place, their favourite person, their whole world. So the next time that doubt creeps in, remember... You are fantastic! ❤️

Smoothies don’t need 15 ingredients to be good for you.👀

Skip the fluffy add-ons and focus on what actually matters. Gina’s formula is simple, balanced, and actually filling, so you’re not reaching for a snack an hour later.

Save this for your next busy morning 💛

“Finally, a baby food with ingredients I actually recognise and trust. It feels so good knowing I’m giving my baby real, nourishing food not just something convenient.” 💛

We love reading words like this from our Odi lovers! Our tiny taste testers are the reason why we designed Odi to deliver nutrient-dense wholefood nutrition without the shortcuts we often see in typical baby food.

One batch, three meals sorted 😍

Comment KOFTA POPS and we’ll send the full recipe straight to your DMs 💛

Meet our Kofta Pops: the perfect BBQ dinner, lunchbox staple and everyone’s favourite 💛

Beautifully moist thanks to the sweet potato, packed with flavour, and quietly boosted with the goodness of Odi Organic Beef Bone Broth and Meal Booster. Roll them up and cook them however suits your night: skewered on the BBQ, in the oven, in a pan or in the air fryer 🔥

We love ours with bone broth quinoa, garlicky tzatziki and a vibrant beetroot hummus 😍

Leftovers? Into the lunchboxes, the freezer, or tossed through your favourite pasta sauce for next-day meatballs 🍝

Beef spleen in my daily smoothie? YES PLEASE

My current favourite smoothie 🫐🥤
Organic blueberries, organic kefir, 100% pure apple juice, banana + a serving of @odi_nutrition_ Smoothie Booster.

It’s such a simple combination, but I love that it packs so much goodness into something that tastes so good!

I’ve also been paying more attention to iron-rich foods lately. To support my toddler and my own iron needs postpartumN

The entire Odi Nutrition tub range makes it so easy to add extra nutrients into something I’m already making anyway no complicated recipes or extra prep required.

If you want to try it for yourself, you can use my code EVA for FREE SHIPPING 🤎
