November is a reflection on the beauty of change.

Inspired by the shifting colors of fall and the quiet awe that comes with watching the world transform, this track explores the feeling of letting go. The same trees that once held tightly to their leaves eventually release them without resistance, reminding us that not everything we cling to is meant to stay.

There’s something about the crisp northern air in late autumn that feels cleansing, like the season itself is clearing space for something new. Breathing deeper, seeing clearer, slowing down long enough to appreciate what once was before it fades.

November is about that moment.

The realization that change is not the end of beauty, but often the reason we notice it at all.

OUT NOW! Forest Bathing (ft. Kyle James)
Emerging in Japan during the 1980s as a physiological and psychological exercise called shinrin-yoku (“forest bathing” or “taking in the forest atmosphere”). The purpose was twofold: to offer an eco-antidote to tech-boom burnout and to inspire residents to reconnect with and protect the country’s forests. The practice can be as simple as walking in any natural environment and consciously connecting with what’s around you. Shinrin-yoku is linked to a recharging of positive energy, higher energy levels, and a purification of negative thoughts. Breathing the air in a forest environment maximizes the intake of negative ions, which are invisible molecules in the air, that help to increase health, mood, mental clarity, cognitive functioning, and energy levels.

AFTER GLOW is more than a track — it’s a moment of remembering.

A meditation on choice, stillness, and the strange knowing that you didn’t come here to decide… you came to figure out why you already did.
This project began with a simple idea:
every ripple of color, and every echoed quote from The Matrix, it became something more — a reflection of the after, the awakening, the walk through the door.

We are all drops in the same wave.
This is the afterglow.

Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice of being fully immersed in the forest’s sights, sounds, smells, and textures. It’s a slow, contemplative practice that involves being calm and quiet in the forest while observing nature and breathing deeply.

Forest bathing can help with de-stressing and boosting health and well-being. Some benefits include:
Decreased blood pressure
Decreased cardiac rates
Reduced cortisol levels, a stress hormone
Decreased muscle tension
Heightened sensory awareness
A sense of tranquility
Here are some tips for forest bathing:
Turn off your devices
Slow down
Take long breaths deep into your abdomen
Stop, stand, or sit
Smell what’s around you
Be observant
Avoid thinking about your to-do list or issues related to daily life
Let your body be your guide
Take your time
