Travel stories, financial wisdom & the depth of being human 🧡 Invest your energy, time and capital to create Soul Wealth. 🕊

POSTS STORIES REELS

For those who know me, I’m a hard worker and I’m not shy to say it. 😜 I love working in service to my soul mission.

I have a full-time professional career in healthcare, a conscious business, a stock portfolio, and I’m a full-time mother to a special needs family. People often ask me how I fit 10 lives in one day. 😅

And yet, I have plenty of time to discover the world.

This year, I reorganized my entire life and career to clear more space for what actually matters: being deeply present with my family, connecting with my friends and traveling.

To me, this is soul wealth. 🤌

Tag your travel besties and let me know your current or next destination in the comments. ⬇️

My last trip was in El Salvador 🇸🇻 in September 2026.

My next destination might be... Socotra. 🇾🇪😮💫

Self-confession: I spent thousands of dollars over the last few years under the banner of "investing in myself" before I realized I was actually just spending.

At the time, it felt like momentum. But looking at the numbers during tax season, the truth hit me: I was funding other people’s infrastructure to buy temporary reassurance, while leaving my own long-term self-reliance on the backburner.

High-vibe inspiration without grounded architecture is just expensive entertainment. Intuition moves energy, but structure preserves it.

The good thing about spending that money is that made me realize I do have bandwidth to build wealth. So I'm starting my journey as a DIY investor.

What about you? What is your vision of building wealth?

For centuries, freedom has occupied the human imagination.

We've pursued it through philosophy, spirituality, personal growth, and political movements.

Even in the old Tarot de Marseille, we encounter The Fool: the wanderer, the one who stepped out of the matrix completely.

But freedom is only one part of the human experience. And something that no level of safety or wealth can grant you, if you don't source it from within.

I see people with freedom of time, freedom of choice, financial freedom... still criticizing how others contribute to this world. Still keeping the resources to themselves. Still struggling to connect with others and trust.

I think that the real challenge is not to become "free" but to realize we already are (for those who have the luxury to scroll on Instagram).

And then ask ourselves: How can we create a positive difference in this world, concretely?

Just my thoughts on a random Tuesday.

Read each one twice. 👻

They might change your wealth trajectory faster than the next get-rich-quick scheme.

Obviously, this is not financial advice and I'm not a financial advisor. 🤡👻

The best moments are often the unscripted ones.

We’re sold a version of travel that looks like frictionless perfection. El Salvador gave me the exact opposite and that’s where the magic lived. 😅🫰

Gridlock traffic around the capital.

Bug spray worn as daily perfume.

Thunderstorms rattling the roof almost every night.

A few very unexpected roommates. 🫠🐁🪳🐜🦇🦎

But these unscripted moments also meant getting upgraded to a room with a direct volcano view and landing right in the heart of the national festivities leading up to Independence Day.

Soul wealth is where we find the internal capacity to meet reality as it is and appreciate it. ✨

Send this to your favorite travel partner who knows the chaos is always where the memories are made. 🚗⚡

A few of my favs 💖 from my time @visitmizata in El Salvador 🇸🇻 with @odree_martin and @rizzo_photographs. Chantalle has a way of capturing the beauty, feel, and artistic side photos (slides 1-4,8,9,& 11). My time with my girls is turning into a yearly adventure. Where will we go and meet up next… by @odree_martin

Travel becomes a deep calibration when you are fully attuned to your senses. 🇸🇻✨

Five of them anchor you in the beauty of the physical world. The sixth one is the energetic imprint, the knowing that you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be, surrounded by the right frequency.

This year, I stumbled into the Festival de los Farolitos in El Salvador purely by chance. Celebrated every September 7th on the eve of the Virgin Mary’s birth, the tradition stems from an 1850 earthquake when locals slept in the dark streets, lighting handcrafted paper lanterns to pray for protection. Decades later, entire towns still glow with that same warm light.

This tradition is so meaningful in El Salvador that it was recognized as immaterial cultural heritage in 2014. It also serves as one of the big cultural kick-offs for the entire national week leading up to Independence Day on September 15. The lantern displays often incorporate patriotic symbols, national flags, and local art alongside the religious honors for the Virgin Mary, making it the unofficial launch of the country's independence festivities.

Standing in those streets surrounded by thousands of lights felt like a reminder that the best moments are the ones I never tried to orchestrate. 😉

When you surround yourself with women who actively co-create their reality, meeting up across the globe isn't a "someday" idea, it’s just the next step.

📍 Mizata Anti-Resort, El Salvador

This year, we met in El Salvador at the @visitmizata.

We masterminded around cold plunges, frozen cocos, and peacocks, enjoyed playful photo sessions between the beach and the jungle, worked out, and went on excursions to dip into sacred waters and drink high-altitude volcano coffee.

Where should we take this energy next? ⬇️

Nicaragua, Turkey, or the Philippines?

@nawibeachhouse … best vibes and food! by @odree_martin

If you ever traveled to El Salvador or if you're Salvadoran, drop a picture of your favorite dish in the comments. 😍😍

I enjoyed the food scene here so much! If you’re planning a trip, here are the other traditional bites you need to try:

• Yuca con chicharrón
• Tamales
• Sopa de res
• Panes rellenos
• The fresh seafood
• Pitahaya (red-flesh dragon fruit—so refreshing!)
• Sweet Salvadoran Quesadilla (Warning: It’s a delicious, sweet square cake, NOT a Mexican cheese quesadilla! 🍰)

The dining spots that blew me away:
📍 @nantalcocina (El Zonte) — Every ingredient is locally sourced with deep respect for madre tierra.

📍 @ishwiomakase (Miazata) — A 7-course experience by a Michelin-star Salvadoran chef who mastered the art in Japan, featuring the fresh catch of the day. (P.S. Save room for their homemade ice cream!)

📍 @nawibeachhouse x @visitmizata (Mizata) — Unbeatable beachside vibes right on the coast, high-quality local food, ocean breezes, and a 5-star service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

📍@casa1800sv (Suchitoto) — You come for the food and stay for the breathtaking view from their terrace. Perfect for taking a slow breath and soaking it all in.

📍@entrenubescafesv (between Ataco and Apaneca Concepción) — A full-sensory experience that coffee geeks like me deeply appreciate. If you go, talk to the owners, they are true visionaries and their love for coffee is palpable.

Fortunately, I’ve built a life where I have friends worth flying across the world for. 🇸🇻✈️

Exactly one year ago, I developed deep friendship with 2 women right here in El Salvador. Before we parted ways, we made a commitment to return and gather together again. One year later, every single one of us honored that promise. Thank you @throughjacquiseyes and @rizzo_photographs! 🙏

In a culture driven by fast adrenaline, people often abandon or destroy things almost as quickly as they build them, plans, projects, and even connections. A life fueled by constant hype makes everything feels disposable.

The highest return on investment from my capital this year was the freedom to fly to El Salvador to reunite with friends and then stay an extra week to simply discover the country and its culture. ✈️🇸🇻🤓 ***Gratitude to my partner who is nailing it as a solo dad for 2 weeks. That is also wealth in the form of love. 🧡🧡🧡

People usually measure return on investment in percentages or spreadsheets. To me, real ROI is spaciousness.

It’s structuring your energy, time, and money so you can step away from work/duties and invest in experiences that actually compound over a lifetime.

This post is Part 1 of my El Salvador series, a real-time proof of concept for what my version of wealth looks like. 🥥🌴🍹🌊
