I never really do posts like this, but today I can finally say something I’ve struggled to say for years… I’m proud of myself. ❤️

I started this journey at 155kg.

It hasn’t been easy. I’ve struggled, I’ve cried, I’ve wanted to give up more times than I can count. For years, I was so insecure. I would hide when I was eating, hide my body, hide how I really felt about myself… always thinking that one day I would find a solution.

But the years kept passing, and instead of changing, I was just gaining more weight and becoming more unhappy with the person I saw in the mirror.

Until one day, I decided enough was enough.

This journey has changed so much more than my body. It has changed my mindset, my confidence and the way I see myself.

And today, I can finally look at myself in the mirror and genuinely say: I’m proud of you.

Proud of every workout. Every difficult day. Every time I chose not to give up. Proud of the person I’m becoming.

And the best part? We haven’t stopped.

This isn’t the finish line.
This is just the beginning. ❤️
