Here at Strangebird, we love Belgian beer 🍻 So, when we realized that International Tripel Day fell on a day we’re closed, we decided we still needed to celebrate and are declaring Monday, March 2, our Tripel Day!

To honor the Belgian Tripel, we’ll have two beers available on draft:

Savoir-Vivre 10° - Belgian Tripel
This is our signature Belgian Tripel. It has a complex, mildly spicy flavor with notes of clove, honey, banana, and sourdough. This beer won gold in the Belgian Other (Trappist, Strong) category at the 2025 New York State Craft Beer Competition!

Savteq - Tequila Barrel Aged Belgian Tripel
This our our Belgian Tripel, aged in Tequila barrels, with lime.

I brewed 729.5 barrels (over 22,000 gallons) of beer for Strangebird in 2025. I’m proud to be a brewer, I’m proud to be a @strangebirdbeer brewer, and I’m DAMN PROUD to be “Rochester’s Best” brewer.
