POSTS STORIES REELS

Our lovely bar team, all smiles before service at the 2026 Event Photography Awards back in September. 📸🍹

This is always one of our favourite evenings of the year, and it was a pleasure to bring it to the grand Central Hall Westminster. Our thanks to Green & Fortune for the wonderful drinks that kept guests toasting all night long, and catering that was a special touch to the evening by @off.to.work

Not everyone pictures themselves working in hospitality. Our ice rinks are often where that changes. ⛸️

Every winter, the ice rinks are one of the highlights of our year. This season, we’re proud to be back at some wonderful sites across London and Manchester.*

Across the ice, you’ll find our team welcoming guests, looking after the cloakroom and fitting families and friends with their boots before they head out to skate. It’s friendly, people-focused work, and for lots of our team it’s their first taste of hospitality. Many find they love it more than they ever expected.

It helps that the setting is hard to beat. The UK's ice rinks sit in some of the most beautiful and historic venues, and the atmosphere is exciting, cosy and just a little bit grand.

Applications are open now for our ice rink teams! Apply by the standard application form on our website (link in bio)

*Sadly the Natural History Museum ice rink, pictured first, has since closed and replaced by a wildlife garden - it was a wonderful place to skate! by @off.to.work

Your guests will never ask whether the person pouring their wine passed security clearance.

That's rather the point.

Everything around him in this picture happens long before he arrives: the references, the training, the briefing on your running order, the payroll, the replacement quietly lined up just in case.

When it's all handled, none of it shows. What shows is a team ready from the first guest to the last, and an organiser free to enjoy the event they worked so hard to create. by @off.to.work

The heroes behind the scenes 💪

Often the first on site and the last to sign out, our kitchen and event porters keep events moving from start to finish.

From unloading deliveries and keeping back of house running smoothly to making sure equipment is where it needs to be, their professionalism and teamwork help bring great events to life.

Thank you to all the porters who make it happen.

Send this to a porter who should see this 👏

Chefs don't often ask to be photographed, but their work tends to steal the frame anyway. A few favourites from this year's Event Photography Awards Catering, Food and Drink shortlist, from a smoky final course at The Shed in Bicester and a well-earned seat in the stands at the ATP Finals, to brunch checked by torchlight at Somerset House and a spice bag in full flight at Forest Feastival. A quiet thank you to the chefs who make every event worth remembering. If that sounds like your kind of kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.

Feedback like this means a lot to us.

This client came to us looking for a supervisor, and after we filled the role in just 5 days, she shared this wonderful feedback with us.

Understanding what a business actually needs — not just filling a role — is what we set out to do every time.

If you're looking for staff who genuinely fit, we'd love to talk. by @off.to.work

Very proud to continue returning to this championship event year on year, playing our small part in bringing a fantastic women's sporting competition to life! by @off.to.work

We designed a better way for you to find your first full-time hospitality job.

Introducing Tailored by Off to Work, an AI-enhanced recruitment service for entry-level hospitality roles

Interview when it suits you, around a shift, not instead of one.

AI then matches your Hospitality Qualities to the role.

Meaning who you are is valued as much as what you've done. And your full potential is presented to hirers - not just what fits on a page.

Humans are, and always will be a part of the recruitment process. AI helps us listen faster - but a real person always checks your application before any interview is booked.

The 12th edition of the Event Photography Awards took place last night, and it was everything we hoped it would be. 📸

Our congratulations to every winner. The standard was exceptional across every category, and this year we were proud to crown our Best Portfolio winner as Event Photographer of the Year, awarded for the most outstanding range of entries in the competition.

Event photography asks for instinct in the moment, and a body of work asks for that instinct to hold across a whole year - the same eye, the same discipline, in rooms that never sit still. Naming an Event Photographer of the Year recognises the positive direction our industry is heading in, and the photographers pushing it there.

Our thanks to Green & Fortune, whose food and drinks service were a real highlight, to Central Hall Westminster and the AV team for a welcoming and exciting space, and to all those who sponsored the competition this year - your support has grown with us.

To everyone who joined us, entered for the first time, or returned again: thank you. Already looking forward to the next!

Next Wednesday, 2 September, the Event Photography Awards 2026 takes place at Central Hall Westminster and, once again, we're looking forward to a capacity event.

Pictured is Ben Jones' Candlelight Concert at Central Hall Westminster, shortlisted this year in Music Events – Concerts; a fitting image as we prepare to celebrate at this remarkable venue.

Our thanks to Central Hall Westminster, Green & Fortune, Visions and all of this year's sponsors. Their support helps make the evening possible.

To everyone shortlisted, congratulations and the very best of luck. We can't wait to celebrate with you.

Our Platinum team before service, high above the city. A good view to start a shift on! The new white jackets have made appearances at lots of summer events for our clients - we're of course, big fans!

On 2 September the Event Photography Awards returns, this year at Central Hall Westminster, and it's one of the most anticipated dates in our calendar!

Every year the calibre of entries reminds us how much craft goes into event photography - the artistry, the eye, the ability to catch a moment you only have a split second to capture.

We run these awards because we think that work deserves far more recognition than it's historically garnered, and the awards night is an opportunity to build community, and celebrate their work. 2025 was a fantastic year for events, and we're looking forward to marking it and spotlighting some truly spectacular work by event photographers at the awards.
