Evolve. Life is about evolving, be it dinosaurs, humans or brands. During our sales acceletor program done by @rajivtalreja he shared the above qoute withall the 250 entreprenuers in the room about how and why businesses should constantly evolve & innovate to avoid becoming irrelavant. as a brand strategist & consultant, the info resonated with me so well. Evolution is as important as consistency is for brands. Infact, evolution could be considered as a part of the consistency too. Customer centric brands thrive on the customer experience they offer to their consumers and the resonance they have with them. With changing times, the customers' needs, desires and problems change too. And so can their loyalty towards a brand. It thus becomes inevitable for brands to catch up with the fast changing environment & expectations of their audience. Similarly a brand also needs to constantly innovate to keep the variety, to keep it's audience engaged and interested. A brand that chooses to stay rigid and not evolve with their audience and not innovate will have to fight for survival in the long run.
