We took inspiration from Aklan to Binondo, and this is the result.

Dig into Linapay, an Aklan inspired shrimp-coconut patty drowned in rich laing sauce with talbos ng kamote. Move on to Pancit Tsinoy, Binondo style peppery fresh noodles tossed with lap cheong and a soft sous-vide egg. Finish strong with Liempo at Langka, featuring charred grilled pork belly over ginataang langka, hibe, and sweet potato shoots.
