Pulled this driftwood from the river and turned it into a faucet 🌊🪵✨
The old bamboo setup came through the wall, but moisture and condensation slowly ate away at the frame. I had to tear it out and start over.

This new design not only keeps the structure dry—it feels like it was meant to be here. Found by the water, gave it new life again.

Rainbow kale cooked right in the rice cooker and it came out 🔥🥬

Topped with a little mixed herb, crushed red pepper, and garlic powder. Then I saved the leftover kale water because that mineral-rich liquid is too valuable to waste. I use it to cook my lentils and rice.

Simple. Whole food. Plant based. Nothing wasted.

And today’s official update: 145.8 LB DOWN 🔥

The West has an obesity epidemic, and we have become so comfortable with it that we have started calling it normal.

America is drowning in obesity. Millions are carrying enormous amounts of excess body fat while chronic disease, poor mobility, and declining health continue to spread.

I know what that looks like because I lived it.

I wasn't simply overweight. I was morbidly obese.

And I refuse to make excuses for it.

I didn't blame my genetics. I didn't blame my thyroid. I didn't search for something to point at so I could avoid taking responsibility.

The problem was me.

So I changed it.

Over 140 pounds lost in under 10 months.

No steroids. No PEDs. No Ozempic. No hormones. No creatine. No protein powder. No supplements.

High carb. Whole food. Plant based.

Genesis 1:29.

Yes, the modern food environment is a disaster. Yes, the Western diet is filled with highly processed garbage. I'm living in the same environment everyone else is living in, with access to the same tainted foods.

At some point, you have to stop making excuses and take responsibility.

Stop worshipping comfort.

Stop pretending obesity is harmless.

Stop convincing yourself that you are powerless.

I was morbidly obese.

I changed.

So can you.

I despise the pharmaceutical industry.

I despise an industry built around profiting from a population that has been allowed to become progressively weaker, heavier, more sick, and more dependent. I despise the endless cycle of symptoms, prescriptions, refills, side effects, and more brainwashing that turns a human being into a permanent customer.

And I refuse to participate!

I want a body that is strong, conditioned, resilient, and difficult to break. I want to take my health into my own hands instead of surrendering it to an industry that can profit from my deterioration!

I will not quietly accept physical decline while corporations stand ready to monetize the consequences, all organized from corrupted bureaucrats!

I will not normalize dependency.

I will not make peace with weakness.

I will build strength where there was weakness. Discipline where there was complacency. Health where there was deterioration.

And I do not care who this offends. Friend, family, stranger, it makes no difference. You can all get behind me, because I will never bend to the will of another man or surrender my convictions to someone else’s opinion.

You want to argue? Get in line.

Get your body to a level where Big Pharma can’t profit from it. 📉

Become harder to break. Become harder to sell to.

I stand as a voice of reason for the people who have had enough.

We live in a world where everything has been manufactured, processed, packaged, diluted, and disconnected from its source.

Fake food. Processed everything. Artificial systems. Money created out of thin air. Water purified, recycled, treated, and pumped through a system most people never even think twice about.

And somehow, we’ve become so disconnected from reality that eating a controlled, disciplined diet built around real food is considered extreme.

I walk into the woods and collect water straight from the Earth, and people look at me like I’m the crazy one.

Think about how backwards that is.

At some point, we accepted a life completely removed from the things that keep us alive and started calling the natural way extreme.

Maybe the extreme thing isn’t getting closer to nature.

Maybe it’s how far we’ve allowed ourselves to get from it.
