Rise n Grind 🥊

On Saturday morning, a few teammates from @tihipukemuaythai and I had the opportunity to run a Muay Thai session with the rangatahi at @tewharekuraokirikiriroa as part of their preparation for the Secondary School Kapa Haka Nationals.

The vibes were unreal all morning. This was our second time working with this group, and it’s always one of the best ways to start the day.

The rangatahi were eager to learn something new, challenge themselves, and pick up valuable skills. It was awesome seeing everyone training side by side and learning from some of New Zealand’s top combat sports athletes.

A huge thank you to @tewharekuraokirikiriroa for having us. We can’t wait to come back again - or have you all visit us at the gym next time.

Wishing the team all the best as they continue preparing for Nationals. We can’t wait to see you all perform and represent the way you always do. ❤️

The @tihipukemuaythai team travelled 5+ hours to show love to the supporters in the far north!

Running a kickboxing seminar, @bigtitus300 and @coachd.tmt shared the secret sauce and foundations needed to become a world class athlete 🥊

@te_taua_o_tnt showed out and demonstrated beautiful martial arts — even having a few fighters stepping into battle the following weekend. Everyone soaked up the knowledge and energy all day long.

Nothing but good vibes, growth and love from everyone involved. Can’t wait to do it again 🤞🏽

Day in the Life.

Bareknuckle @1minutescraps — Quake City.

Brought the mics out.
Still getting used to hearing myself… it’s something I want to get use to and better at doing so it is what it is.

Calm day.
Christchurch was beautiful.

Tapped in with a few, seen some familiar faces.
Community’s solid — people talk, and like to put a bad name on the event but it’s different when you’re actually there.

Fights were heavy.
On to the next.

What does your morning look like?

Id like to shed some light on my little brother @kingiadams currently trynna get him to 100kg. Everything going really well, we run and workout every morning on top of school and kickboxing training bros been going hard

I hit a hot and cold sesh today as well had no company so did it by myself which was way faster😂 Went to the base to do a bit of 3z and personal development. And saw this dirty as car that people keep writing on if you know who owns that car tag them😂😂

Also @asicsnz can u sponsor me some new shoes

P.s

This whole project got messed up too much exporting and trying to figure things out by myself instead of actually searching up how to do things so this is only half of it🤦🏾‍♂️ I learn everyday and the good thing is I won’t make this mistake ever again 🤦🏾‍♂️😂 but yeh everything looks pretty muddy ahwell anyways I borrowed my sisters camera for the day that was tuffy

Quick little whanau trip to Taranaki. Small peak of what it looks like back at my second home.

Drone shots are mad fun. I used a couple fire shots my brothers @haenga04 and @hakopa_ruakere got. Trynna make sure I get those cinematic shots as well as real life shots dont know what these shots are actually called but you know what I mean😂

I’ve been to this place heaps now and finally got to try the infamous Yarrows bakery and it didn’t disappoint. Had dinner at the Waimate, some of the best pub food I’ve had. And some cuzzy vibes before bed ofc.

Always love coming back here to relax and reset. Which was exactly what we needed before getting back to real life

Young insight of a days worth of training. Maybe I’ll do more.

Pretty chill day didn’t get upto much. Slowly getting fit and stronger. First fight of the year in April let’s get it.

First time using a drone keen to add more clips in.

Chill vibes back home. Filling the cup and being with the people I love.

Heaps of swimming, food, family and vibes the whole weekend. Didn’t wanna leave but you gotta lock back into reality eventually.

DAY IN THE LIFE #3

What a day.

Last day with my “Future Me” programme. Had a bit of an outing to celebrate their mahi this year!

Weigh ins day today as well so I had to sit there watching them eat KFC and MACCAS while I haven’t eaten or drunken anything

The weight cut was light work! Refuelling and hydrating before game day tomorrow!

Headed to Auckland real late. Today really killed but now it’s time for the fun part!

STAY HARD🔥
