Congratulations to my client who just secured this duplex for under half a million dollars…less than a mile from the RFK redevelopment and Stadium-Armory Metro.

And if you haven’t been paying attention to what’s happening at RFK, you should be.

The Washington Commanders are coming back to D.C., but this is about much more than a new stadium.
