“Tugg you the biggest.” I’m used to hearing it, I just smile now 😁. My most recent dishes, Stewed Oxtail, over a bed of Garlic Mash Potatoes with a side of Brussel Sprouts. Alongside, a Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Salmon & Orzo .

With the year coming to a close, here are my favorite creations that I put together this year. Thanks for all the continuous support, encouragement and love. In 2026, I plan to bring more exciting dishes, more decorative plating, and possibly something never seen before. Stay tuned!!! #AChefFromPlaquemine #ItsAKitchenMuscleThang #WhereYaMuscleAt #KitchenMuscleCompany taken in Plaquemine, Louisiana by @official_cheftugg

In front of you, is a French Onion and Short Rib soup, topped with French Bread, Short Rib, and Chives. 👨🏾‍🍳😮‍💨🤌🏾 by @official_cheftugg
