I walked away from a coaching business I ran for 7+ years
to bet on a new one.

I went all-in on helping coaches take their business online.

It worked.
But it wasn’t pretty.

Long days.

Always Bet on Yourself

This post might trigger some people. It might cause envy, jealousy, even anger.

But I’m not writing it for them. I’m writing it for the few who actually need to hear it — the ones who want to be inspired, the way I once was when I’d read posts like this.

This past year, I went full-time in my coaching business.
I built ClientOS from the ground up helping coaches get high paying clients guaranteed;)
I became one of the top 1% earners on Skool.
And I did it by constantly betting on myself.

I’ve invested thousands into learning from people who are better than me. Recently, I started working with @charliemorganbiz — a guy who’s done $30M+ online. Now, I’m learning directly from him and rubbing shoulders with the titans of this industry.

Here’s the crazy part:
I’m just a kid from East Los Angeles.
Statistically, I wasn’t supposed to be here.
But I refused to let statistics write my story.

From idea… to impact.

One year ago, I joined Skool with a simple goal:

Build a real coaching business.
Help other coaches win online.
One day meet the people who changed the way I think — @hormozi and @sam.ovens .

Fast forward — we just won the Skool Games.

This wasn’t random.
This was earned.

This year alone:
• I took my passion full-time
• I built a global business from my laptop
• I helped coaches in the US, UK, Canada, South Africa and beyond hit new levels

I’ve now built a system that helps online coaches go from scratch to consistent $10K/month — without guessing, burning out, or doing it alone.

And a massive shoutout to my client and friend, @coachmicahb . We locked in on a vision and made it happen together.

People think this kind of growth takes years.
But when you have the right plan and the right people, a year can change your life.

This is just the beginning.

Online coaches,

If you’re trying to get to $10K/month and eventually $50K+/month, here are a few things that will move the needle.

• Stop obsessing over likes and views. The only views that matter are the ones from your ideal clients.

• Run ads. Stop waiting for the “perfect time.” Don’t be cheap. Don’t be scared. Scared money doesn’t make money.

• Be relentless with your follow-up. Most sales don’t happen on the first conversation. They happen because you stayed consistent.

• Build a real sales process with a dialed-in nurture sequence. Before prospects ever get on a call with you, they should already know who you are, how you teach, and why they should trust you. Send them your best YouTube videos and content so they’re warmed up before the call.

• Give away your best stuff for free. Build a Skool community, create content, and actually help people. The more value you give, the more people will believe you can help them at an even higher level.

There are obviously more things that go into scaling, but if you’re not doing these consistently, I’d start here.
