Do the rest. 💚 by @officialasterion

You put the work in during the day. Recovery carries on at night.

That’s why we made NYX, our night-time supplement. Two capsules before bed, with natural melatonin, essential minerals and wild organics to calm the nervous system, reduce stress related arousal and promote sleep quality.

It’s for any adult who takes their recovery seriously, whatever your day looks like.

The pre-sale is open now, and the first batch is limited to 200 packs. Pre-order NYX: link in bio.

Do The Rest. 💚

@officialasterion performance & recovery oils

For me the recovery oils are a massive part of my week whether I’m training, tapering for a race or simply in the mornings or afternoons around my working day.

I often use the oils on my knees as I quite often get flare ups/inflammation which isn’t ideal for continuous walking up and down steps & driveways at work but using the recovery oil, I find myself pain free throughout the day. The recovery oil also doubles up as a great massage oil.

The preparation pack I use the night before every race to 1. Give me that little extra help of dozing off to sleep (Great lavender smell) & 2. Helps my body recovery from the week leading up to the big day.

@officialasterion oils have been a massive addition to my general week to week recovery operation whether that battling little issues or just general stiffness & soreness.

Hot Therapy

Sauna’s & baths 🙌🏼, what a god send! I try & get in the sauna at least twice a week but that’s not always possible with timings etc but a bath definitely fills that void!

Cold therapy I’ve never found a love nor massive impact on my recovery hence the ice bath going away for the winter but the sauna’s and baths will definitely be here to stay ♨️

For me especially, both of these allow me to just zone out for a bit and relax the mind as well as the body while also helping boost my recovery & aid any stiffness or aches.

Sports Massage & Compression therapy

Sports massage is my number 1 choice of recovery especially before or after big events or during a heavy block/busy race calendar. My body has been through the mill this year with multiple ultras, marathon, half’s & Hyrox’s & the lads at @officialasterion have made sure I’m at those start lines or I’m healing after the finish flag. samalfieri_performance @jm_stherapy
