I wrote a song to commemorate #WorldMentalHealthMonth.

This year's theme, 'Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change' centers around ensuring that people with mental health conditions are involved in decision-making about mental health care.
This is for you, friend.😊

Special thanks to the extra hands who were a part of making this project come alive;

The visuals and video editing by The Re-Mind @victory_ozoma,
And the sound score and music production by The AyoInspired @officialayoinspired.

There are some atmospheres you can’t help but be in. Some encounters too costly to miss.

The Cave has been all that and more to us all in THE INSPIRED WORSHIP MUSIC. by @officialayoinspired

This was our very first meeting in September last year.
Were you at the Cave?
It was a time of refreshing and intense worship in music.

Most church singers don’t have a talent problem.
They have a discipline problem.
We pray for “more anointing”
but ignore preparation.
We blame the band
but skip rehearsal.
We want impact
without investment.
Psalm 33:3 didn’t say “try your best.”
It said play skillfully.
Excellence is not pride.
Negligence is not humility.
If this convicted you, then that’s good.
Do better!! by @officialayoinspired
