Access has always been at the heart of progress in HIV care. During a recent interview on CapeTalk, @jamespaulmiller, CEO, @ciplaafrica reflected on one of the most transformative moments in the global HIV response: making lifesaving treatment accessible to those who needed it most.

In 2001, Cipla introduced the world's first recommended 3-in-1 fixed-dose combination for HIV/AIDS, helping make treatment more affordable and accessible for millions across the developing world. It was a reminder that the true impact of medical innovation lies not only in discovering medicines, but in ensuring people can access them.
