Summer 2026: still unbigging our backs 😂✨

From a size 4 to 12 while navigating PMOS/PCOS hormonal imbalances, irregular cycles, acne flare-ups, stress, and grief…

To now:
✨ size 8
✨ regular cycles + healthy ovulation
✨ fewer breakouts
✨ 10-inch waist reduction
✨ stronger mentally & physically

& I didn’t “bounce back” through restriction. I rebuilt my health while teaching strength, cardio, pilates, barre, HIIT, hot studio formats, Zumba, & most recently, Aqua Zumba.

This journey became bigger than aesthetics or fads. It’s been about healing, hormones, confidence, + creating a sustainable lifestyle that actually feels good 🧠🌱

Curves. Confidence. Comebacks. 🩵

If you’re rebuilding your body, mind, & confidence, too, welcome to the journey ♥️

I hope to see you this summer, especially for Aqua Zumba + Hot Barre Physiques 🫶🏼 Follow me for more info 🔔

31 … I really don’t quite have the words yet

Honestly, I may or may not because if you know, then you know.

But I do know I’m deeply grateful for every single person who contributed to make my birthday memorable & unique in whichever way possible 🫂

I love you all so very much 🫶🏼

The biggest thank you to my @crunch_fredericksburg fitness family for being an anchor during this time ♥️ Heaven sent & divinely positioned 💯 by @officialebonyacton

Daddy,

Life truly isn’t going to be the same without you here. However, I know you are now resting in the very hands that were pierced for you & I am FULL of unexplainable peace knowing this 🕊️

Thank you for imparting in me the very thing that has kept me safe & saved — Jesus! This Holy Week, Resurrection Sunday, & Pentecost was & will be experienced with renewed eyes, a pliable heart, & eternally charged mindset.

I’ll forever cherish our food dates, feeding off another’s obnoxious behavior, sharing a deep-rooted love to discuss # the Word, jamming in our car ride sessions, badgering Wes, pestering mommy & your parents, & your effortless storytelling skills about your childhood with the girls & granddad Danny with Chi Chi 😂 Above all… I will forever miss being able to call you Daddy.

I love you old man. Bye for now 😏😉♥️ -Ebby by @officialebonyacton
