Yes, We Did It!

In December 2021, I signed up for the CESP Music Program powered by @ngbritisharts in area of Management / A&R, with no thoughts of any monetary reward (as none was announced), but for the sole aim of just acquiring knowledge, understanding how the international music space operates, how to build / manage sustainable businesses & further expand my network within the music sector..All through this 7months program which was very insightful and intense, I'd say I've achieved that goal.

Thank You to my facilitators Phil Nelson, @akinyemilaw @fozadoza @benbowler @michelleescoffery
And specifically to my coaches: @edpeto & @iredumare who have been very instrumental to my success and pitch for @thejunkhouse_

Thank You @godwintom for having such a big heart & the @imanageafrica team for driving this project from start to finish.

And a big thank you to my amazing colleagues at Mavin Global for their immense support and push even during my down times. Y'all are part of this!

Lastly, to everyone who has ever believed in me. Thank You!

Next 6 Months, Can't Stop, Won't Stop!

Life is really what you make it. It's whatever you write in your own history book. So whatever story you write, make sure it's good! - Ryan Leslie -

This is just to inspire someone & serve as a motivational capsule to every young person. Forge ahead no matter what, stay true to your dreams/hustle & remain humble enough to be schooled.

Look at me a young boy from the south making headlines on the tabloids. I feel happy & blessed but as always, the best ATTITUDE is GRATITUDE.

Thank You @godwintom You taught me the essence of giving value. You're a good man!

Thank You @tegamavin You've been a great mentor over the years. You taught me that regardless of location, man must grow with a global mindset. I'd definitely make you proud. God bless you boss.

Thank You @badabyfar I grew up watching you on TV & it formed my early years & now emulating your leadership skills within the media space. You're always impacting lives & winning. God keep you safe.

Thank You @thisisvalo you made me believe that from the south, radio personalities can become the next big music execs. Your approach & winning mindset is one every young person should emulate. Congrats on Omah Lay, #Kaestyle is Next!

Thank You @jheneepher You pushed me to be more intentional & purposeful. Look at the results now, I'm super grateful. I'm still a work in progress. Thank You🙏🏽.

Thank You Erim Egar, you gave that young boy whom someone described as a mosquito a chance on radio, when noone did. I mean that same mosquito now voice & produce commercials for that same man who called him a mosquito. Guess what, he said he's proud of me. I am very sure he forgot he called me a mosquito sometime & even walked me out of his office for being persistent😁😁...#Life

Thank you @etim_essang You believed in me & handed me my first radio show, both in Nigeria & Ghana. God bless your big heart.

Lastly, music always come thru at dark moments. Thank You @ryanleslie Your songs (Never Break Down, Ups & Down, History) helped me stay focused all through the rough times.

Change is inevitable but Growth is intentional!

Despite the successes recorded in H1, the team is hungry for more success in H2 & we're poised to be more intentional than ever.

Grateful for an opportunity to learn and equally work with the best team.

A real man lifts others up rather than stepping on them. Cheers to all the men who lead with integrity and compassion.

MAVIN International Men’s Day Mixer 2025 created a safe space for men to connect and have honest conversations around Health, Sports, Tech, Finance Music, Media and how we can help each other grow.

It was such a great event and I’m glad to be part of it @mavin.imd

Happy Birthday To Me. I am thankful to God for the gift of life and the ability to impact lives positively.

I am a more refined man & this age comes with a renewed sense of purpose. My vision is very clear & my energy is totally unmatchable.

Lord, I pray for sustenance. I equally pray for more growth, the Grace to break limits/unlock higher levels & please grant me wisdom to make wealth.

Happy Birthday Ralph!!!
