I thought a 25km trail run would be easy since I’m used to road running, but grabe, ibang level pala ang trail. 😅 The climbs, descents, and heat were no joke. There were moments when I doubted if I could finish, but I just kept going.
Huge thanks to @trailkada for the support and encouragement all throughout.
I survived! And honestly, this felt harder than some of my full marathons. 😭 Thank you, God for the strength to get through it. 🙏

Being advised to rest from running for two months doesn’t mean I stop moving. Running is my first love, and putting it on pause doesn’t mean life stops too. Life goes on, you just find other ways to move, to enjoy, to grow.

This is part of my journey. Not always the good times, but the real ones. Sometimes, setbacks happen to teach us something, to make us slow down, reflect, and come back stronger.

Success doesn’t always come with the best result. Sometimes, it’s showing up and pushing through every hurdle. Not my fastest race, but one of my strongest. Built grit, found more of myself.
