I had such a beautiful opportunity to showcase another side of myself that I adore deeply, ambient music. The last slide is so full of love it warms my heart…this is what I’ve been missing so much in music & I feel like I found it in this space. 🌼

My intention with this set was to guide the listener inward, invoking a sense of healing and earth-soul connection.

🫂

Thank you so much to @namanariii for your invitation on @c300_c300_c300 and to @shiftradio.live for the very wonderful space. ❤️

I’ve posted the set to my SoundCloud & it’s on YouTube, links will be in my bio. 🌸

peace,

⛓️HEADLINER SPOTLIGHT

In the magic of rhythmic oscillations and hard industrial kicks, jiimi delivers an act of summoning that can only be described as a descent into madness.

Rooted in Toronto and now based in Montreal, the producer and DJ honours the traditional essence of industrial techno while drawing the sound into sacral, ritualistic soundscapes.

Through this practice, jiimi invokes an earth-soul transcendence- aiming to do one thing for those on the dance floor: guide them into deep meditation and complete release through relentless industrial pressure and unyielding low-end force.

jiimi is ready to make her return to Toronto.

Sacred energy meets infernal rhythms.

Montreal-based artist Jiimi joins Sound of Hell with a set that rejects the status quo of hard techno. Hard, fast, and fiercely experimental, this performance captures the essence of a truly uncompromising vision. No mainstream, norm defying. Thank you for your contribution Jiimi!

Nostalgia is the strangest feeling. I ache to be back in these memories that I look back on fondly, feeling each moment again in my reflections…the excitement, the peace, nervousness, awe…

Each day of this year I’ve soaked in so empathetically, I’ve almost been lost in some of the experiences. That includes some of the bad experiences, too. So when I look back, I’m almost shocked I had the opportunity to feel all of these beautiful, colourful experiences, and I’m reminded of the sheer luck & privilege I have to be able to witness life in this way. I can and never will take that for granted. Thank you.

Thank you to all the beautiful souls I’ve crossed paths with this year. All my love to each of you! End this year well, loved and cherished. 🎉🥳🍾❤️

THANK YOU 2025 :)

My return from the mountains has not been met without resistance. When you’ve curated a space for yourself that is so calming, so grounded in the earth around you, returning to the steadiness and noise of a busy life can feel really loud.

In my quiet, I noticed I asked myself, why do I do music? Why do I create what I create? What purpose have I found to compose now?

In all honesty, I’ve realized that for me, sharing sounds of my experience has been vital to connecting beyond what I am capable of doing with words alone. My solitary reflections, manifested into sound, brought forward others around the world who heard my sound and felt a connection. I write not only for myself, but for us.

And as so many of you know, my sound has always been darker, harder. A vision more prevailing of the underworld & the screaming soul.

I am no longer in agony as I once was. My suffering still exists (all life is suffering//Buddha), but it no longer dictates my art- it informs it.

What I will write and release will be different than I’ve done before, but trust that this is from maintaining a devotion to listening to my inner self and painting that picture.

I love all of you & I’m forever grateful we’ve connected.

peace 🌲🌸🫂
