When dreams become reality….I had a feeling that I should turn on the radio 📻 when I was driving to get groceries tonight—and within a few minutes I was listening to MY song “Flown” on the radio (after Bowie, no less). 🤯 I have always dreamed of hearing my music randomly on the radio and today IT HAPPENED…ok so now I just need to play my show at @hollywoodbowl and record at @abbeyroadstudios … Stay tuned 🪄 and keep dreaming big 🌟 everyone! (And listen to “Flown” on all streaming platforms—link in bio!) #indieartist #indiepop #indiemusic #indieradio @ralphsgrocery @thesocalsound @thatsrightbarryfunkhouser by @officialjstunes
My new era starts now. WEIGHTLESS — Out Fri May 15th 🖤🎹 Written, produced, and recorded by me in my LA apartment. This isn’t just a song; it’s a dark indie fever dream…and I don’t think I ever want to wake up. What started as a raw piano/vocal improvisation in my studio apartment last summer turned into a full 3D experience of weightlessness—using haunting vocals, cinematic synths, and tribal drums to simulate the transition from “hanging, rearranging in the in-between” to becoming truly unbound. This track was born from a period of metamorphosis both personally and musically, and I can’t wait to share it with you. To capture the liberation of finally letting go, the track was mixed in Stereo and Dolby Atmos by @wkproducer at @studiodeluximmersive at Sound City and mastered by @jettgalindo . The result is a rich, immersive stereo master and a 3D audio experience in Dolby Atmos that truly leaves you feeling weightless. “Weightless” will be available to stream everywhere Friday, May 15th—including the full spatial experience in Dolby Atmos on Apple Music, Amazon Music, and Tidal. It will be available for EARLY ACCESS when purchased exclusively on my Bandcamp starting 4/27. 🔗 Link in bio or visit https://officialjstunes.bandcamp.com/track/weightless Photo by @alexajade__ Hair/Makeup by @ruthbmedrano Creative Direction & Cover Artwork by @officialjstunes Location @vintagesynthmuseum #Weightless #DarkIndiePop #DolbyAtmos #independentartist #WomenInAudio by @officialjstunes

Did you know Walt Disney Concert Hall has a smaller theater on the side? 👀 Come backstage with me at REDCAT in DTLA! 🎹 🌟 I had such an amazing time performing at @calartsredcat playing keyboard and piano for Jodie Landau’s “Performance of Self” during Opera Fest LA. The entire production was incredible and filled with so many lovely and talented people. Many thanks to @jodielandau @bethmorrisonprojects and @operafestla for the opportunity! P.S. I’ve wanted to make this bts reel since May and I was so busy releasing my single I’m just getting around to it. 🫠 I’ve got some more things to share from the past few months that were also in camera roll jail 😂 so stay tuned! P.P.S. In my opinion, a peek behind the scenes is always appreciated, much like a belated birthday card or thank you note — and I like to think Emily Post would have agreed. #bts #losangeles #waltdisneyconcerthall #dtla #musician by @officialjstunes

Can’t-stop-thinking-about-all-the-keyboards 🎹 and the amazing new setup at @staggstreetstudio . Stopped by last night for a really fun event and woke up with a new song idea that I can’t wait to try on some (or all) of these instruments! 10 years of BEAUTIFUL LOVE ❤️✨ We shot this music video almost exactly 10 years ago in Malibu. It was a scorching 103 degrees, we carried gear down endless stairs, and we even got locked in the parking lot for staying late to shoot under the twinkle lights—but I’d do it all over again. Huge gratitude to the legendary crew and musicians who made this possible. 🔗 Full music video link in bio! 🎧 Stream on all platforms & purchase at jstunes.com. TEMPTATION 🫠 by Tom Waits I love playing this tune — it always feels sneaky and dramatic… in a good way. 💀 To create an arrangement that flirts with disaster while leaving room for suspense (and possible ruin), I begin the song with a tango-esque left hand groove and sultry vocal that leads to an explosive 🧨 improvised piano solo…this is part of that solo. This performance was for the 10th anniversary of @intljazzday as part of a special livestream concert recorded at @staggstreetstudio in 2021. The full video (and all the videos from the concert) are on my YouTube. If you feel so inclined, you can even watch the full 30 minute concert—it’s a great way to unwind and hear some solo piano/vocal music. If they ask, just say you gave in to TEMPTATION. 😉 Hope you enjoy!
