Super dope experience. This interview was genuine, unscripted, and real. Nothing forced, just me. It’s actually the first time I’ve sat down and answered questions this openly; and in doing that, I realized how much of my personal story I usually keep to myself. For me, everything is about intentionality, so if I’m going to share I want it to actually mean something.

If you’re out here dreaming, creating, or building something of your own, my hope is that somewhere in my journey, there’s something that encourages you and reminds you to stay the course. I hope there’s something in my journey that meets you where you are. Not just inspiration, but reassurance on the days when things feel uncertain or slow. I hope it reminds you that growth isn’t always loud or visible, and that staying the course— especially when no one is watching— matters more than you think. The path isn’t always linear and it won’t always make sense, but there’s purpose in the process.

Huge thank you to the team at VoyageATL for seeing me and for reaching out to share my story. I’m grateful for the opportunity.

Just an ‘around the way girl’ who decided to do it.

I’ve always had Bigger Dreams.
I’ve always thought Outside The Box.
I’ve never seen a Ceiling.

A creative to the core; I’ve always had an innovative spirit. From making my own hair extensions at 18yrs old, to cutting up my clothes, making my own designer pieces (“Ki-Originals” -might make a comeback)! lol 😩

In a nutshell, anything I envision, I see to fruition.

If you didn’t know, you would have thought it was chicken.

I cooked the yummiest, creamiest, Vegan Alfredo… the “chicken” is mushroom 🍄‍🟫😌
Lion’s Mane Mushrooms as a meat alternative is a 10/10. It’s texture and consistency when cooked is very similar to most meat products, so it makes for a perfect substitute.

Health benefits of Lion’s Mane:
• Neuro - supports brain and cognitive function
• Mood - stabilizes and helps reduce stress
• Immunity - supports the system with rich antioxidants
• Gut - supports the biome

The Alfredo sauce is also homemade, which I did by blending plant milk and cashews along with some cloves of garlic and a few seasonings.

Soft seat. Sharp mind. Busy doesn’t mean productive. It’s usually in our stillness that clarity is confirmed. Stillness is not stagnation. It’s alignment. Creating from stillness makes way for the ability to move with intention, not urgency; trusting God first and foremost in that what’s meant to be done will be done.

I’m very intentional so I always curate an environment of peace. When noise is silenced, distractions are turned down, and focus is for purpose, a space is created to think, to nourish, and to move intentionally—without the need to rush.

Slow moments,
clear mind,
nourished body.
The work flows better when you feel good.
