🌿 DAY 3 — LEARNING TO SURRENDER

Welcome to Day 3 of fasting. 🙏🏽❤️

By now, you may be noticing that fasting isn't just about what you're giving up.

It's about what you're making room for.

Today, let's make room for surrender.

Sometimes we carry things God never asked us to carry—fear, worry, control, disappointment, or the need to know how everything will work out.

Fasting gives us a chance to say:

“Lord, I can't carry this by myself. I give it to You.”

When you feel weak today, don't see that weakness as failure.

Let it become a reminder:

You need God—and He is your strength.

📖 “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
— 2 Corinthians 12:9

🙏🏽 TODAY'S PRAYER

Father,

Today I surrender what I have been trying to control.

Help me trust You with what I cannot change.
Help me release what is weighing down my heart.
Give me strength when I feel weak and peace when I don't understand.

Teach me to depend on You—not just during this fast, but every day.

I surrender. I trust You. I need You.

In Jesus' name,
Amen. 🙏🏽❤️

Just keep seeking God.

Fasting is when we set something aside for a while so we can focus more on God. 🙏🏽

We fast to:

❤️ Draw closer to God
🙏🏽 Seek His help & direction
🕊️ Hear His voice more clearly
💛 Surrender our hearts
👑 Put God first

Fasting isn't about earning God's love.
It's about making room for Him.
