I was incredibly proud to stand beside my daughter, as she unveiled the Kids Dash medal for the Race for Every Child, which she had the honor of designing herself! 🎉

This is such a full-circle moment! When our journey with @childrensnational began, we faced the possibility that Jordyn may not reach milestones like walking, talking, or even using fine motor skills. With successful neurosurgeries and developmental support, over the years we’ve watched her learn, grow, and blossom with creativity.

Seeing her now use that creativity to design a medal in support of the very hospital that has been a pivotal part of her journey means more than I can say. I’m truly grateful to be her mom! 🥹💐💖

One of my favorite things about the Multi-Embassy World Cup Gala was seeing so many cultures celebrated in one space.
From the music and dance to the conversations and cuisine, this evening celebrated the things that make us unique while reminding us how much we have in common (like the love of soccer/fútbol😉). Each flag represents a nation filled with millions of stories and a different lens to view the world through.
