Day two of the MF Retreat in Cyprus: done ✅☀️🇨🇾

Another brilliant day with the best team out there 🙌 More big conversations round the table, more notes scribbled down 📓✍️ and more ideas we can’t wait to take back to our schools 🚀

And of course we had to grab the family photo by the pool 📸💙 Look at that crew! Every single person here is shaping the future of MF and changing lives in their communities every week 🥋💃❤️

Feeling so proud and so grateful for this lot 🥹

Onto day three! 🔥

What a way to end the weekend 🛥️☀️🇨🇾

I’ve been doing this a long time, and I’ll be honest with you, weekends like this are the ones that remind me why I started.

For two days we sat round that table and talked properly. Growth, leadership, the tough stuff, the wins, the lessons. I watched my business partners fill notebook after notebook, challenge each other, share what’s working in their schools and help each other with what isn’t. That’s not something you can teach. That’s culture, and it’s built one person at a time 🙌

Then today we got out on the water. No agenda, no slides, just a boat full of people who could network and enjoy the sea 🌊 Sitting on that deck looking round at everyone, I felt incredibly proud.

Every person on that boat is out there every week changing lives. Kids gaining confidence, families finding something they love doing together, young people getting a purpose. That’s what MF is really about, and it only happens because of the people in these photos ❤️🥋💃

When I started this business I never imagined it would grow into what it is today. It comes from surrounding yourself with the right people and backing them all the way.

So to everyone who came out to Cyprus: thank you. For the effort, the energy, the honesty and the laughs. You made this weekend what it was.

Now let’s go home and implement everything we have learnt 🚀🔥

See you all at the next one 😌

Day one of the MF Retreat in Cyprus: done and dusted ✅☀️🇨🇾

What a day! Notebooks out, phones down 📓✍️ and a table full of our amazing franchisees and instructors all here to learn, laugh and level up together 🙌

So many brilliant chats about growing our schools and where the MF family is heading next 🚀💪

The sunshine’s lovely (we’re not complaining 😎🌴) but honestly the best bit is being in amongst people who care this much ❤️

Bring on day two! 🔥🥋💃

UK Business Owners & Expats moving to Cyprus: Did you know the island holds direct ties to pop royalty?

Moving to Cyprus without understanding the local landscape can leave you isolated from high-net-worth circles and key strategic networks. When establishing your business structure or residency, ignoring how the island's unique ecosystem operates costs you valuable leverage.

• Michael Jackson's children's grandparents on Debbie Rowe's side settled directly in South Cyprus.

• A famous Jackson sister also shares a hidden personal connection to the island.

20 years ago, Lucy was answering phones on a gym reception desk.

Today she runs MF schools across three counties.

Those 20 years were going to pass anyway. Lucy spent hers building something that’s hers, with her own team and kids’ lives changed every single week.

Same job? Same boss? Same “one day I’ll do my own thing”?

Or are you going to be the one telling your story on camera in 20 years’ time?

We’re expanding into new countries across MF Martial Arts, MF Dance and MF Nurseries & Childcare. Tap the button to book a call with my team, and tag someone who needs to see this 👇

🌟 A NIGHT TO REMEMBER! 🕺🎤

We were honoured to welcome Matt Fiddes @officialmattfiddes and his family to our SOLD-OUT Boys Can Perform: Michael Jackson Tribute! 🎟️✨

Having worked closely with Michael Jackson, Matt shared an inspiring message with our boys about believing in themselves, following their dreams and overcoming challenges.

As the founder of MF Dance and MF Martial Arts, Matt is passionate about building young people’s confidence and tackling bullying, values at the heart of our Boys Can Perform initiative.

A truly special moment came when Matt praised our incredible self-taught student dance choreographer, Kayla Nyamayaro, telling her:

“If Michael was alive, he would have definitely stolen you as one of his dancers!”

An unforgettable evening celebrating talent, confidence and breaking stereotypes!

Michael Jackson’s Financial Collapse: Where Did All the Millions Go?

Founders & High Earners scaling internationally: Generating millions means nothing if your corporate structure, accounting, and financial reporting lack institutional defense.

Matt Fiddes reveals on the Finhub Podcast that despite selling hundreds of millions of albums, the inner circle's response to missing fortunes was simply passing the buck to absent accountants.

High-net-worth individuals moving assets or scaling cross-border operations into Cyprus face identical risks if structural oversight fails.

Key Risk Factors:

Zero-Audit Blindspots: Operating without a dedicated financial team leaves high-earning entities exposed to severe cash-flow leakage.

Cross-Border Liabilities: Managing international wealth requires airtight corporate structuring to avoid compliance traps.

Southern Championships 2026✨🥋

What an absolutely amazing weekend!!!

As a team we came away with 40 medals!! What an amazing achievement 💪🏻
That’s not including the all important competitor medals either! ✨

I’m so incredibly proud of every single one of you. From the hard work and dedication you’ve put into training, to the courage it takes to step onto the mats and give it your all, you should all be so proud of yourselves.

Medals are amazing, but seeing you challenge yourselves, support your teammates, build your confidence and represent our schools with such great spirit is what it’s all about. Every single one of you has done us proud! That’s the biggest win for me! ✨

A huge well done to all the competitors this weekend, and a massive thank you to the parents and families who support our students every step of the way. We couldn’t do it without you! 🫶🏻
