Absolutely. In challenging times, it's important to remember that progress often comes from adversity. History shows us that nations have faced and overcome significant challenges before, and they have emerged stronger and more resilient.

1. **Hope**: "Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness." — Desmond Tutu. Even in the darkest times, hope keeps us moving forward.

2. **Resilience**: "The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." — Nelson Mandela. Our resilience will help us navigate through and come out stronger on the other side.

3. **Unity**: "We are only as strong as we are united, as weak as we are divided." — J.K. Rowling. By working together and supporting each other, we can overcome any obstacle.

4. **Change**: "Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek." — Barack Obama. Each of us has the power to contribute to positive change.

5. **Perseverance**: "It always seems impossible until it's done." — Nelson Mandela. With perseverance and determination, we can achieve what seems impossible.

Believing in the potential for a brighter future and working collectively towards it can make a significant difference. The strength and spirit of a nation lie in its people's ability to stay hopeful, united, and resilient. I'm sure Nigeria 🇳🇬 will be Great again Nigeria will be better again we shall come out Strong 💪 again.... (Amen)

Yesterday at the Harvest of Ideas 4.0, the Young Surveyors Network (YSN), Ogun State Branch, hosted an Inter-Professional Panel Discussion on the Built Environment.
It was an insightful and impactful session, engaging professionals from different sectors within the development and environmental science world. Experts present included Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Urban and Regional Planners, Certified Real Estate and Construction Experts, as well as Surveyors.
At the end of the discussion, we all came to a common conclusion that every professional in the built environment has a vital role to play in developing a better environmental world. Each individual must carry out his or her responsibilities with proper understanding, professionalism, commitment, and strong work ethics for sustainable growth and development...
