What if I told you time is fleeting? Some of you may know, some of you may not. We’re so busy in our daily lives, our daily moments we forget to absorb the moments we take for granted. Time, the time we think we will have, the time to spend with our loved ones because the world somehow revolves around our story, our POV. Sadly, this isn’t the case, the immense guilt I have today for not reaching out enough, not calling enough, not trying enough because I was so busy in my own life that I forgot. Yesterday my grandma passed away. I found out at work, and have been a mess. The thoughts in my head of what I could’ve done better with time, or wish I could’ve done, have been in my head. What I wish was true was she was around to tell me it’s okay. But she’s not. I pen this because I hope wherever she is, she forgives me, and I hope she wasn’t alone, that she was surrounded by family in Vietnam, and that she knows I love her. Regret, I will hopefully forgive myself with time. I love you, and I’m sorry. I will be taking some time off from social media. Xoxo-My Do by @officialmydo
