I am Blessed and Grateful for the ability to do the things I do 👏🏻
Do things that excite you, that you are passionate about. It’s worth it.

I didn’t show my face on camera for a long time….

Unless I absolutely had to, or felt really confident… and even then I was not comfortable with it.

I never thought I was good looking enough for it, or my smile wasn’t right or my hat wasn’t straight or just about any other reason you can think of…

But the real reason was, I was afraid of what others would would think… what if I posted a selfie and they pointed out a mistake or flaw, I wasn’t about to have that….

I was lacking so much confidence in my self that I let the thought of what other people MIGHT think dictate what I did or posted… but no more!

That is one of the most toxic mindsets we can have as humans and is very destructive towards who we are and our true potential in life.

SO,

How did I overcome the fear of rejection and build self confidence? I invested in myself, I did things that were hard, tackled challenges and took steps towards who I wanted to be in life, even if my friends/family didn’t agree with it. I purposely put myself in uncomfortable situations in my relationships, my employment and especially my mind. Consistently doing these things built momentum and that momentum brought me to the man you see today…. I am nowhere near finished. In fact the real stuff is just starting!

Lastly I would say, I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for men and brothers like @the.muscle @officialandyelliott setting the example.

But above all of this I truly believe I would not be where I am today if it weren’t for GOD’s guidance and wisdom in my life.
I am truly blessed and grateful for the things I have been allowed to do in my life so far and will continue to do more!!

Here’s to being your true genuine self no matter what others might say or think!! FOCUS UP & CRUSH IT out there! by @officialnolanriste

As a man this means you care… about your relationship, about doing things right… but you don’t let yourself get swallowed by every little detail or forced expectation that doesn’t actually move the needle for what matters to you. Caring without getting lost means you show up fully as yourself, invested in what’s meaningful, but you don’t sacrifice your peace or power over things that are distractions.

That balance keeps you grounded and clear: you’re engaged, but not overwhelmed; you lead with love, not obligation. It’s the line where respect and authenticity meet. When you hold that, you stop being pulled every which way and start steering your own course. That’s leadership.
