A good business deserves to be seen. But what happens when the women behind these businesses can’t afford the visibility they need to grow?

Through my work at Euphorique PR, I’ve met incredible women building promising businesses but unable to afford professional PR services.

And I kept thinking, surely there must be another way.

That thinking inspired the Queen Moremi Women Initiative @queenmoremiwomen nonprofit initiative under Queen Moremi @officialqueenmoremi a faith-rooted women’s empowerment platform I founded.

Our mission? To equip 5,000 Nigerian women with practical PR and communications skills to grow their businesses, advance their careers, and unlock opportunities.

Because having a great product, skill, or idea isn’t enough. You must know how to communicate your value and position yourself for growth.

I’m excited to announce that @wemabank @sarabywema has joined us as a Strategic Sponsor! 🎉

Together, we’re making PR knowledge accessible through FREE training in Public Relations, personal branding, storytelling, media engagement, digital communications, and AI tools.

And it’s not just for entrepreneurs! Career professionals, creatives, and freelancers are welcome too.

📣 Registration for Cohort 3 is NOW OPEN!

📅 Classes begin on October 15th on ZOOM

I remember when I was in grad school at USC in LA, I had a close friend in another city, and she asked to borrow some money from me. I resolved to help her because I believed she was trustworthy and also, she had never asked for this sort of favour before so I believed that it was a genuine need.

But something strange began to happen. Every time I would get on my laptop to try to transfer the money, my entire body would freeze. It felt like I was in an invisible strait jacket and like a heavy load had been dropped on my head. When this would happen, I’d shake it off and attend to other school tasks, then I’d try again. And it was the same loop for several days. On the last day I attempted the transfer, uncontrollable tears ran down my face. For no justifiable reason. That night, I asked Jesus why this was happening - that although I wanted to help, I felt prevented from doing so.

The following night I got a call from my mom who I hadn’t told anything about what was going on. Then she proceeded to tell me about a series of dreams she had been having where someone was asking me for money and doing incantations, saying “whatever I say she must do it.” She mentioned that if I transferred the money to my friend, it would serve as a gateway for more evil. She proceeded to describe my friend’s stature, and even told me the kinds of clothes she normally wears, and her favorite color. Meanwhile my mom never even knew about this friend at all. It was a 9-hour time difference as she was in Nigeria at the time, and I marveled at how God’s revelations defy time zones.

This incident taught me to always run my decisions by Jesus - no matter how mundane they might seem to be.

“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God…” - 1 John 4:1

The experience also reminded me about how much God loved me and made time for me even in the midst of my busy schedule.

Welcome to my #JesusMoments

This will be a series, as the Holy Spirit is leading me to share my experiences.. in the hopes that they might help someone. Till next time…

Our October cover star is one you won’t forget

It’s fashion season, and Olubukola Ogunniyi is proof that style and spirit can walk hand in hand. A model, mentor, and bold voice for Christ in fashion, she opens up about resilience, rejection, and why her ‘secret place’ with God is the real runway.

Beyond the glamour of the runway, she carries a message every woman needs — faith is never out of fashion. 💖

When renowned author, preacher, and podcaster @iambrendapalmer sat with us as our July/August cover star💖 one thing stood out: her 'yes' wasn't glamorous, but it was God-led. From leaving her dream career to a journey of surrender that shaped her book "The Journey of Yes," she's proof that purpose comes alive in obedience.

Still reflecting on the incredible conversations, connections, and powerful moments from the Africa Women in Banking and Finance Conference & Awards 2026 @womanbanker

It was a privilege to not only speak on stage about the role of Public Relations in helping women in Banking/Finance break visibility and leadership barriers, but also to connect with so many brilliant women shaping the future of finance across Africa.

Visibility matters. The work women are doing deserves to be seen, heard, and amplified.

Grateful to everyone who attended, engaged, shared their stories, and made the experience so impactful.

A special thank you to the AWBFA team for creating such an important platform for women in African finance.

Here’s a little recap from an inspiring day.

It was an honor speaking at the 2026 edition of the Africa Women in Banking and Finance Conference & Awards (AWBFA), held on May 8, 2026, at the Lagos Marriott Hotel, Nigeria. The one-day conference brought together over 100 senior leaders, regulators, and innovators from across Africa under the theme: “Redefining Women’s Leadership in African Finance.”

I had the opportunity to speak on how Public Relations can be leveraged as a powerful tool to help women in the sector overcome visibility, credibility, and leadership barriers.

A massive thank you to wassilahamdi for the opportunity, and for having @officialqueenmoremi as a partner on such an impactful event dedicated to shaping the future of women in African finance.

Recap video and more highlights from the event coming soon 😊

I recently sat down with THISDAY LIVE to talk about something I care deeply about: Bridging the gap in PR for women founders.

As part of this mission, we @officialqueenmoremi are providing free PR training for 5,000 female SME founders — because too many women are building impactful businesses but remain unseen due to a lack of visibility, positioning, and access.

In the interview, I shared why PR is no longer optional, the widening gap between brands that understand visibility and those that don’t, and how we’re equipping women with the tools and confidence to show up and be seen.

This is bigger than PR - it’s about access, opportunity, and building sustainable, visible brands.

We’re actively calling on partners, organisations, and ecosystem enablers to come on board. If you’re in a position to support through funding, resources, media, or strategic collaboration, there’s real impact to be made - and we can’t do it alone.

Applications are still ongoing. Click the link in bio to apply.
