This year has been unforgettable. I underestimated how many people were following my journey, so I thought I’d share it.
The goal was set in February, make my comeback to fitness after two years of injury complications.

I started with the PCA First Timer show in June, followed by the 2Bros Natural Regional and Natural Pro Qualifiers in November. A win at my first show lit a fire that fuelled everything to come.

During prep for the regional, I lost my father, and the pain, along with previous injuries returning nearly made me quit. But after conversations with my coach @Jase_345, I dug deep and found the strength to dedicate everything to my dad.

Winning the regional on my dad’s birthday was a blessing. The plan was to head to France and compete in the naturally pro qualifiers but @Jase_345 saw something more—he suggested I compete in the Denmark Open Pro Qualifiers as a natural athlete amongst the rest. I made it my mission to win.

Securing my pro card naturally was a blessing and a statement. 2024 marked the comeback, and 2025, we take the safety off. Thank you to everyone who supported me and to my followers— we started off on 2k in February this year and made it to 100k in less than a year! 🙌🏿

Competing became easier the moment I realised this isn’t about proving something to people.

It’s about mastering something within myself.

When your purpose leads, you make better decisions: smarter training, smarter prep, smarter recovery.

When ego leads, you chase quick wins, shortcuts and external validation. One path takes you forward, the other takes you in circles.
