New client signs up on the 15th but your billing cycle starts on the 1st?

Don't make them wait. Here's how to charge a partial month and still keep your regular cycle.

Save this for later.

Comment “Payday” to get a link.

Being a great trainer isn’t the hard part. Chasing payments, remembering who owes you, and doing admin between clients, that’s what actually wears you out. by @officialtigersahn

5’10 vs 6’3 😳 I made it work tho.

How to make it work??
I stayed compact rather than reaching for him.
* my guard was high, which helps you get through his reach.
* i were positioned to step inside his range instead of fighting at the end of his punches.
* my stance looked fairly wide, giving you a solid base to explode forward or angle out.
* Against someone around 6’3”, 190-ish, the key is making him fight at my-range—not letting him comfortably box me from the outside by @officialtigersahn
