In the temple of The Zen Bar, we gather —
hearts open, voices honest, spirits nourished.

Community Care Day is our ritual of unity, where loyalty is love in action, vulnerability is strength and gratitude flows like breath.

Here, in this sacred space, we speak the hard truths, celebrate each other’s rise, and remember: the medicine meets us all — even me, the Host, held as gently as I hold.

Thank you to my amazing co-facilitators @keneechalache, @baba_sifu & @xo.neononame for their impactful offerings! @sacredsecrett for stewarding this beautiful temple of @officialzenbar ❤️We were able to dive into physical, mental, financial, spiritual & emotional care with Tribe on Sunday and I’m so so grateful for it.

We will have a pause in August & return in Sept. Thank you for all the folks who show up heart centered & ready to heal together. Doing the work together is so much more valuable than apart. I love y’all so much!
