We teamed up with @manpower_dc and @big.dandan to give back to the community in Ward 8. We are grateful for all the contributors and businesses that helped make this year a successful event. Daniel Gafford's 2nd Annual Holiday Jingle Ball couldn't have been great without you all! All donations from folks from around the country made it to the young people who are our future.

Off My Block will continue to provide programs, events, and activities for youth to help them gain a sense of CONFIDENCE, CONNECTION, and CONTROL over their lives beyond their perceptions! This year it's a wrap but be on the look out for what's to come and how you can be involved! Feel free to reach out to us. Let's make our communities a better place together join the lifestyle and road to greatness ☺️ by @offmyblock_

The event consisted of hot meals, gift bags, toys, free hairstyles, and holiday cheer. Special thanks to the @washwizards player @big.dandan for hosting and feeding the community.

We also thank @manpower_dc for the on the ground support each year on this event and many others!

Major Contributions from community groups and small businesses alike are always appreciated:

Off My Block and the kids of Ferebee Rec Center!

As you can see the kids had a wonderful time carving pumpkins in preparation for Halloween.

There's nothing like smiles and piles of pumpkin seeds 🎃🎃🎃👻👻👻.
