If we haven’t met yet, hiii I’m Kyla i’m a pro stand-up jet ski racer and online fitness coach. I created @jetpumpfit for riders who want to feel stronger, race longer, and recover faster.

Most jetski riders just “wing it” in the gym... but the truth is, the wrong training holds you back on the ski.

I help riders build endurance, fix low back pain, and gain the full-body strength that actually translates to better riding.

If you’re ready to train like a racer (not a bodybuilder) and unlock your best performance on the ski
🌊DM me “JETSKI” and I’ll show you how!! 🤘🏁

Stole Jeremy’s new @oneindustries kit 🐆 & his new 450 and cased every jump on the vet track 😮‍💨🤣
it’s been 4-5months since I’ve been on a full size dirtbike. Feels good to be back…got a lot of work to do before day in the dirt!! 😄

Lift weights. Build muscle. Burn more calories. Eat more food. The diet gets easier. You stick with it longer. The results keep coming.

Full circle. That’s why it works.

Save this for the next time you think you need to eat less.

DM me “FOOD” for help with nutrition 💪 I’ll show you how to eat more and lose fat!

She’s a liar 😂

And she wants you to go to the gym with her. But you don’t want to do Pilates

If you’re serious about getting better on your dirt bike, your fitness needs to be part of the equation.

That’s exactly why we created MxFitCo. To help racers get stronger, build endurance, and stop letting their fitness hold them back on the bike.
