POSTS STORIES REELS

Most people think coaching is about being told what to eat.
I don’t.

Anyone can hand you macros and write a training program.

But if you spiral every time the scale goes up, beat yourself up after one meal off plan, or convince yourself you’ve failed because life got busy for a week... another meal plan isn’t going to change your life.

That’s why my coaching goes far beyond calories and cardio.

I want to understand how you think.

I want to know the story you’ve been telling yourself for years.

I want to know what triggers you, what causes you to disconnect, why you emotionally eat, why you quit, why you people-please, why you put yourself last, and why you keep ending up back at square one.

Because those patterns are what keep women stuck.

Changing your body isn’t just about changing what you eat.

It’s about changing the woman making the decisions.

When you learn to trust yourself, challenge your automatic thoughts, regulate your emotions instead of reacting to them, and understand your body’s physiology instead of fearing it...

That’s when the body starts to change. Not because you found the perfect diet. Because you finally became the woman who could sustain the results.

If you’re looking for more than a meal plan, and you’re ready to understand your body, rebuild your confidence, and stop repeating the same cycle year after year, my coaching applications are open.

Apply through the link in my bio or send me a DM with CHANGE, and let’s talk about whether we’re the right fit.

DO YOU NEED STEROIDS TO BE COMPETITIVE IN BODYBUILDING? 💉🏆

The short answer? NO.

It depends on your goals, how far you want to take the sport, and the federation you compete in.

But here’s where I draw the line...

PEDs should NEVER be something you take simply because someone tells you to.

There are REAL risks involving your heart, liver, kidneys, hormones, fertility, and mental health. Some side effects, especially for women, can be irreversible.

Educate yourself. Ask questions. Understand what you’re putting into your body and the potential consequences.

Your health needs to matter just as much as your physique.

🏆 The stage is temporary. Your health is for life.

My dogs couldn’t give two fucks about how lean I am, how much muscle I’ve built, or what I’ve accomplished. 😂

They just want their walks, their snacks, and their favourite human to be present.

And honestly? I fucking love that.

Bodybuilding has taught me discipline, resilience and how to chase extraordinary goals.

But these little moments remind me WHY I work so hard in the first place.

To have the freedom to enjoy my life, be present with the ones I love, and appreciate the little things.

Build the body. Chase the goals. But don’t get so caught up in building a better life that you forget to actually fucking live it.*🖤🐾

They call bodybuilding selfish. I call bullshit.

A little moment of calm before the chaos. My Bestie @miastalise doing my hair while I’m literally falling asleep before the athletes meeting.

People often say bodybuilding is selfish sport. And sure there’s a lot of time energy and sacrifice that goes into it. I learned that it doesn’t have to be lonely.

I spent the first seven years of my bodybuilding career doing everything by myself. Travelling by myself, backstage by myself, and even though I had people in my life during my preps, I still felt alone.

In the last two years, I’ve been intentional about the people I surround myself with. People who bring me peace, who love me, support me, and feel more like family than friends.

There’s something pretty special about being able to completely relax and let your guard down when you’re in the middle of something that demands so much of you.

The most beautiful thing is that support goes both ways. We show up for each other, celebrate each other’s wins and carry each other through the hard shit.

Bodybuilding might be an individual sport, but that doesn’t mean you have to do it alone.

And I’m very grateful and blessed to know that going forward I don’t have to.♥️

Pretty is one thing. Powerful is a whole fucking different story.

There’s something fucking powerful about a woman who knows exactly who she is.

A woman who takes care of her body, challenges her mind, holds herself to high standards and doesn’t apologize for wanting more out of life.

More strength, confidence, success and freedom.

And not because she needs to prove a fucking thing to anybody. But because she knows what she’s capable of, and she’s not interested in playing small to make other people comfortable.

She can be feminine and fierce. Soft and strong. Compassionate and still have boundaries that don’t fucking bend.

Because being a powerful woman isn’t just about what you can lift, how you look, or how much you’ve accomplished

It’s how you carry yourself when life gets uncomfortable. About having the courage to make hard decisions. Knowing when to push, when to walk away, and went to choose yourself. It’s about being able to look in the mirror and respect the woman staring back at you, even on the days you don’t particularly love what you see.

Build the muscle, the confidence, the standards, build the fucking life.

And become a woman who’s just as powerful on the inside as she is on the outside🖤

Some of you are so fucking obsessed with being disciplined that you’ve forgotten what having a healthy relationship with fitness actually looks like.

Miss a workout? Mental breakdown.

Take a rest day? Guilt.

Eat something that wasn’t on your meal plan? Suddenly you’re questioning your entire existence.

Girl. WHAT THE FUCK ARE WE DOING? 😂

You call it discipline, but sometimes it’s anxiety, perfectionism and a desperate need to feel in control.

And here’s where it gets interesting.

You can have an incredible physique, hit every macro, train five days a week and STILL have a completely unhealthy relationship with the process.

Because looking healthy and being mentally healthy are not the same fucking thing.

As a psychiatric nurse and bodybuilding coach, I’m interested in more than whether you followed your plan.

I want to know why missing one workout makes you feel like a failure.

Why resting makes you uncomfortable.

Why your confidence disappears the second your body doesn’t look the way you want it to.

Because discipline should give you MORE control over your life, not make you a prisoner of your own fucking rules.

And if your entire sense of self-worth depends on how perfectly you eat, train and look?

We’ve got some shit to unpack.

You don’t need to earn your rest.

You don’t need to punish yourself for enjoying food.

And you sure as fuck don’t need to exhaust yourself to prove you’re worthy of feeling good about yourself.

Build the body. But don’t lose your fucking mind trying to maintain it.

DM “COACHING”*if you’re ready to build a physique you’re proud of AND a healthier relationship with the woman living inside it.

TALL GIRL PROBLEMS: MORE REAL ESTATE TO BUILD. 🏗️💪🏼

The biggest thing tall lifters underestimate during a growing season?

FUCKING PATIENCE

Longer limbs, bigger frames, and a whole lot more real estate to fill out.

You’re training hard, eating your food, getting stronger, and doing everything right. But you look in the mirror thinking, WHERE THE FUCK IS THE MUSCLE?! 💀

Here’s the reality...

Building muscle and LOOKING muscular are two different things.

5 lbs of muscle on a 5’2” frame looks very different than 5 lbs spread across a 5’11” frame.

And that’s where tall lifters get impatient. They question their progress, cut their growing seasons short, and jump back into deficits before they’ve given themselves enough time to BUILD.

As a 6’0” IFBB Figure Pro, I know this struggle firsthand.

You can’t rush muscle maturity, and you can’t keep interrupting your growing seasons expecting a different result.

Stop comparing your timeline to someone else’s structure.

🔥 Tall girls, it’s time to take up SPACE.

📩 Ready to build some serious muscle? DM me **”GROW”** and let’s get to work.

Seven years ago. 32 years old. Convinced I had so much of life figured out. Looking back, I realize I was only beginning.

I love revisiting old photoshoots. Not just to appreciate the physique I worked so hard to build, but because I remember the woman behind those photographs.

Where she was mentally. Emotionally. The beliefs she held, the limitations she accepted, and the parts of herself she hadn’t yet discovered.

What I couldn’t have known then was just how much I would evolve.

The last seven years have been about so much more than physical growth. They’ve been about identity, independence, autonomy, and self-sovereignty.

Questioning everything I thought I knew. Letting go of beliefs that no longer served me. Learning to trust myself, make difficult decisions, and take ownership of the life I want to live. And none of it happened overnight.

Growth isn’t always beautiful. Evolution isn’t always comfortable. And becoming the woman you want to be often requires letting go of the woman you thought you were supposed to be.

But if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:

You are never too old, too far behind, or too deeply rooted in your circumstances to become someone different.

It doesn’t matter if you’re 25, 35, 45, or 65.

It doesn’t matter how many years you’ve spent doubting yourself, how many times you’ve started over, or how long you’ve felt disconnected from the woman you want to become.

You have the power to change the direction of your life the moment you decide you’re no longer willing to stay where you are.

At 32, I thought I had arrived. At 39, I understand that becoming is a lifelong process.

And there’s freedom in knowing I can continue to grow, expand, and redefine myself as many times as I choose.

Seven years from now, you could be looking back at the woman you are today, realizing just how much was possible when you finally started believing in yourself.

Time will pass regardless. The question is, who are you willing to become while it does? 🖤♥️

Your body isn't generic. So why are you following a generic plan?

Before I write a single macro, choose an exercise, or decide whether you need to lose fat or build muscle, there's a whole process happening behind the scenes.

I'm assessing your physique, your training history, your nutrition, your recovery, your lifestyle, and something most people completely overlook: YOUR MINDSET.

Because I can give you the most scientifically sound training and nutrition program in the world, but if we don't address the habits, beliefs, and behaviours that have kept you stuck, we're missing a massive piece of the puzzle.

Sometimes the answer isn't eating less.
Sometimes it's building more muscle.
Sometimes it's improving your recovery.

And sometimes it's learning how to stay consistent when the results aren't immediately visible.

My job isn't to hand you a plan. It's to understand what your body needs, what your goals require, and what you can realistically execute.

That's how we build a physique with purpose.

Not guesswork. Not punishment. Not another cookie-cutter program.

Ready for a different approach?

DM me “PURPOSE” and let's talk about your goals.

Bodybuilding changes your fucking chemistry.

It changes the way you think. The way you handle pressure. The way you respond when life knocks you on your ass.

You spend years voluntarily putting yourself through discomfort. Pushing past limits you once thought were impossible. Learning to show up when you’re exhausted, frustrated, angry, or have every reason not to.

And somewhere along the way, something shifts. The things that used to break you start building you.

Setbacks become fuel. Pain becomes perspective. And you stop questioning whether you’re capable of getting through hard shit because you’ve proven to yourself a thousand times that you can.

That’s what I fucking love about this sport. The physique is just the part everyone gets to see. The real transformation is the person you become building it.

And that version of me? She’s not done yet. 🖤
