It’s a bring your kids to w̶o̶r̶k̶ offsite kind of situation: for the first time ever, team ZEBRA is bringing their kids and this is what it feels like. by @offside.cc
Open Call ✦ Branding & Storytelling → apply via link in bio When we started Offside, we had one idea: bring teams back together. Outside, offline, face to face. That hasn’t changed. But we’ve grown and found our own signatures and our brand hasn’t caught up yet. So we’re rebuilding the foundation: story, positioning, visual identity, website. And we’re looking for the people to build it with us. → Branding & storytelling experts (freelance or small studio) → Creatives who turn ideas into visuals, language and design → Bonus if you know our world: events, retreats, hospitality, People & Culture, New Work Know someone who’d be a perfect fit? Tag them or send this their way :) by @offside.cc
A few moments from our retreat in the Sitges hills near Barcelona, cooking for Zebra in collaboration with @offside.cc . Days filled with good food, shared tables, beautiful surroundings and a lovely group of people. During retreats, I create a menu tailored to each group and cook three to four meals a day throughout their stay, making food an integral part of the experience. We also spent one evening cooking together, sharing the process and enjoying food from a different perspective. 🎥 by @alexinovic by @offside.cc
behind the scenes: team spirit at Offside. The attitude that we feed inside the team is the attitude that shapes our offsites and retreats. So we make sure we’re tending to a sense of connection, togetherness, inspiration, growth and a pinch of playfulness, too. To all of our space holders, facilitators, cooks, location scouts, videographers, photographers, team leads and participants: work is fun with you as our team! 📹: @robertoandthetrees 📸: @tlris by @offside.cc
3 years of OFFSIDE and uncountable memories made. Some moments stay with us for so much longer after we return. Here are three favorite moments from the team. The biggest thank you to all of our friends, guests and collaborators who have filled these past three years with so many special moments. by @offside.cc
we’re back on the road! exploring one out of the many location gems in our portfolio of places we’d like to take you to! getting to know places like this is part of our work and yes, sometimes it feels a little unreal. (don’t be fooled though, work is still work) excited to welcome team Zebra Embassy here in the coming days! It’s fourth with them :) by @offside.cc

Three years of growing Offside, growing a community and growing alongside each other as a team, too! Here are three precious learnings we’ve made along the way. by @offside.cc
