The Boys finally got into the tray at the Deckle & Hyde pop-up 🔥

Tried the pork belly brisket and the chicken with that homemade mulberry glaze…

Pork belly was cooked PERFECT 👀
We like it a little saltier, but still a really solid bite

But the winner??
That chicken 🤯

Sweet mulberry glaze, a little crunch from the sesame seeds, and that smoke all working together… absolute hit

The Boys pulled up to see our friends at Deckle & Hide popped up at Nickel City in EaDo 🔥

Always love kicking it with those guys — and the food today did not disappoint.

The brisket was nicely rendered (we all agreed the bark could’ve been a little more prominent), but still a solid slice.

Winner of the day though?
👉 That chicken with the homemade mulberry glaze 🤯
Sweet, juicy, and perfectly balanced.

And we gotta talk about it…
Sausage on a hot dog bun?? 😂
Eating it looks a little suspect 😅 … but man it WORKED. Smokey, spicy, and hitting all the right notes.

Side of the day goes to the pork belly grits — that sweetness paired with the grits was 🔥

Appreciate the Deckle & Hide crew for always showing love 🤝
