NEW 100m PB 11.15w / 11.26 LEGAL! 🔥🔥This weekend was about showing up.Most of you know I balance being both a coach and an athlete. There was the Diamond League Club Connect Relays, and I was itching to go and support my u20 relay team who came 4th .But I listened to my coaches and made the decision to chill.From last season to this season,@og_oj_tsm @_teeonly & @monaesaffronhave constantly been on my case about sometimes putting myself first. This weekend was a reminder of WHY. #cantpourfromanemptycup When fully rested, I got to see what my body is truly capable of - my fastest time ever. My previous legal season’s best was 11.67💀, so running 11.26🔥is a massive step forward.I’m happy with the progress I’ve made this season and the resilience to bounce back after some shaky results. This is a win for the REAL ones and a reminder to never count yourself out.Big shout out to everyone in my training group for always pushing me too many people to tag, I’d be here forever. @oneteeps @nickk._ @itsniyahhhx @instapakz @ja_frxsh10_ Finally @theosteomark @jt_the_pt @ks.kinetic for treating me this season 🤕❤️‍🩹Big up my coaches @og_oi_tsm & @mrbigfriday for the incredible amount of time and energy the , contribution to their sports!
