When tempted to turn stones into bread, His response was not a rejection of bread itself, but a refusal to make it the ultimate source of life.

Here, bread becomes more than food—it symbolizes everything we lean on for security: money, shelter, comfort, habits, distractions, and the quiet desires that shape our daily choices. Yet the deeper truth remains: human life is not sustained by consumption or possession alone.

There is a less visible, more enduring nourishment—one rooted in meaning, direction, and the living word that brings order to existence. Bread feeds the body, but it was never meant to define what we live for.

This contemplative photo series explores the tension between the tangible sustenance we crave and the invisible source that truly sustains us, inviting viewers to pause and consider what they are truly living by.
