There he is!!! 😮 Mr. Ogden!!! As the end of year is nigh 😨, our spring sports are making their way to playoffs! Today, our volleyball 🏐 boys drove down to Orem to play the quarters 🌛 and semis 🥝. Sweeping both teams in 3 sets, the tigers will play in the finals tomorrow at 5 😃 for the state championship!!! Here are some highlights 👀 from their game against Juab! In order to continue to be the best teachers ever 👩🏻‍🏫, our marvelous math department took a trek down ⬇️ to Hurricane High 🌀 to learn more about Building Thinking Classrooms! 👷🏼 We our grateful 🥹 to our twin tigers down south 🐅 for letting us visit and observe 👀 all the great things they’re doing!! Before break, our outstanding choir 🎤 participated in the Large Group Choir Festival at Morgan High! 😮 These vivacious vocalists sang their hearts out 🫶🏻 and earned a superior rating on all 3 songs! 🥳 If you’re sad to have missed it 😢, they will perform their spring concert on May 6th! Continuing to prove their abilities, we had 6 soloists 💪🏻 who took a leap 😏 and showed themselves off! Each one also earned a superior rating! This earned them the chance to perform at State Solo on April 25th! One of the big things students have to do as juniors 😬 is participate in History Day! 🤩 Students get to pick a topic of their choosing 🤔 and build a project around it! They get to present 🎁 it and show off their hard work! To finish out the series of first game wins, our softball team 🥎 took the W down in Draper last Thursday! 🥳 Despite the cold 🥶, the bats were hot 🥵 and these ladies were on fire! 🔥 With some impressive plays 😮 all around and a grand slam 💥 from the pitcher, we can’t wait to see what they continue to do! 🤗 Wish them luck 🍀 as they head down to St. George this weekend!
