Took a trip to the farmers market and felt inspired✨

We made a mushroom medley risotto topped with clams and seared prawns in a white wine sauce🥂🦐

White wine sauce:
- shrimp heads
- butter
- white wine
- lemon juice
- garlic
- parsley
- salt, pepper

Once the sauce was done, I steamed the clams in the sauce😮‍💨🤌🏼
