OGI’S EUROPEAN BAKERY & DELI BRINGS A TASTE OF EUROPE TO MCKINNEY

Tucked away in a quiet shopping center, Ogi’s is where real European baking still exists.

Owned by Hafsa Mirza, the bakery is known for pastries, cakes, breads and savory dishes made using time-honored techniques and real ingredients — including imported European flour and sugar. Customers often call asking for foods they remember from childhood, and she makes them.

Ogi’s is intentionally inclusive, offering halal and kosher-friendly options alongside gluten-free and vegan treats — without sacrificing flavor or tradition.

✨HIDDEN GEM: OGI’S EUROPEAN BAKERY✨

Tucked away in a McKinney strip shopping center is Ogi’s European Bakery. It’s a true hidden gem — and truly delicious! Owner Hafsa Mirza imports flour and sugar directly from Europe, and doesn’t use any preservatives. (For her red velvet cake, for example, she uses beet juice!) She has a wide gluten-free menu as well as kosher and halal ones. The cakes, sandwiches and pastries we tried were all so delicious — not overly sweet, but nuanced and just wonderful. Highly recommended.

We also loved how warm and friendly Hafsa is! She really knows her customers, and the service at Ogi’s was fantastic. We thank her for hosting and treating us.
