“ Many people may understand this, but there are a few that won’t. For a full decade, and some change. On any given Sunday, physically I don’t function sometimes as hard as I try mentally a depression stems over me, I would say like a dark gray cloud, but this is more like a heated day hotter than July. You see to me the dark gray cloud is the perfect day that I never hold back. I used to tell my homeboy’s on rainy days and days the sun ain’t out,is hustling weather. this Sunday, the hustle,& bustle, and the physical aspects of me pulling myself from the bed just wasn’t happening ‘ the reader’ waiting for the punchline OK here it goes in capital letters’ DEPRESSION, ISOLATION, LONELINESS & SHUTTING DOWN - all run the same race with me, and it goes a little something like this, October the 5th 2010, Mom’s went onto a brain aneurysm, blanked straight out, at the High Noon Narcotics anonymous meeting on Hayworth,and Melrose, many of you know the area and for those of you who do not, this is my neighborhood not to get it confused or conflicted with representing anything other than what I’m speaking on ( SUNDAYS ), hit HARD; I have to use every and any means necessary of what I’ve been taught through the program and the spiritual values I’ve learned through the church, your skin might be rough as an alligator’s tail, but on this Sunday, the safe refuge of the bed and the blackout curtains will do me just fine’ another thing I didn’t say to you is once my mother passed so did my life in the area that I grew up in and this is more painful than anything I didn’t mention’ you try it sometimes take everything you have your mind, body, Heart and soul, and place it in an area you know nothing about. Start that shit from scratch, moving forward, to any, FAMILIA’ maybe somewhere down the line but the way it’s been looking’ we hold onto who we know, when we know, and whats there at the end of the day,” read that again. TODAY, Sunday? “ there are so many ways I could go in with this one🖋️ and that’s all the way straight in, no other way to RUN IT & the UnCut facts of the truth’s , the reality’s are this ‘here’ people, places & things have definitely changed opposition for the worst or what you might think for the better? Only in another time! not here! Depleted in the photo gallery are some of the memories that are lost in time, along structures ,code of ethics,& the Back Bone that held “OUR” prisons & state institutions together without doubt, a very long cry of how the program is presented previously of this day & age: yes I’ll be the one’to say this / for those who are still maintaining a balance of this incarceration mechanism within the standards of who you are and how you become. Status quo in this day & age the only significance of what you are viewing are some that have left and some that are still standing, and most that have changed their lives for the better, whether or not seeing EYE to EYE is of the nature of anybody’s business. The first thing that was said to me when I walked through the gates of Castle, Dracula, was? Walk straight and drink a lot of water the thing with that suggestion was? I was at an age where it took 50 years for me to understand this term and 23 years old when I actually applied it.
